      I've had the same pest service for my residence for over 20 years. Today, Paul from Urbanex, came and knocked on my door. He offered me much better and more thorough service at a reduced rate from what I was paying with my old company. I wasn't looking to change pest control providers, but Paul was funny and personable. He walked me around my property and showed me all of the areas that my present pest company had slacked on. There was even an area by my kitchen window that had a HUGE web and egg infestation. So, I did it. I signed up for a year. I don't have anything to lose. Paul got me signed up and within an hour, a tech named Dane arrived. Dane was very nice and courteous. He sprayed the inside of my house, and even my garage. He cleaned all the webs from every single place on my house, even the really hard to reach ones. I am so impressed. I can't wait to see what the future holds with these guys, but they definitely get five stars out of five.

      One man just came to our door at 9pm, acted like he was on drugs, very aggressively talked over my husband as he tried to convince him to use his services. My husband very clearly stated we weren’t interested and had to ask him to leave three times before he left. It felt quite threatening and our next step would have had to be to call the cops. Terrifying, please don’t use this business.

      The most aggressive solicitors around. Told the individual no thank you 3 times within 20 minutes. Each time the solicitor came back they knocked louder. Extremely inappropriate and immature of them. Even after threatening to call the office he said “it won’t matter it’s 8:45pm and the office is closed.” Had to threaten to call the cops for the salesman to finally leave.

      These people have been in my neighborhood off and on for weeks. We’ve had someone come by multiple times and have told them absolutely not each time. Tonight I was getting out of my car at 9:45pm and I hear someone yelling HEY…HEY from the street. I rush inside and she comes knocking at my door. We did not answer, she finally left. This is unacceptable from a company.

      This company is full of bull. Our neighborhood was just hit by a storm. They have people come around trying to get you to let them spray your house one thing they don’t tell you is it’s not a one time thing. The girl that finally talked us into doing it after we had told her no so many times (Maria) fell to tell us that it was a contract and they would be around every month. When speaking to them we told them that we did not get any papers about a contract they said they sent an email. Now we are stuck for a year with this sorry low class company. ******* * News will hear about this

      Almost impossible to cancel service!!!!!
      Worried me to death to start service and I felt sorry for the young guy so (my mistake) I let them begin services at my home… shortly after the first service I could not even tell they had been there:(
      When you try to cancel they tell you to call this number and that number and it has to be 30 days prior to the next service- but they make you keep said scheduled service… just not a good business to work with AT ALL

      i live in Lakeland, Florida - and i just had a young guy come up to my door and knock - he had an Urbanex shirt on - i have a large NO SOLICITORS sticker on my front door- i asked 3 times- who is it - on the 3rd time he started talking on and on about crab spiders and i told him politely that my door says NO SOLICITORS- he kept talking anyways- by the 3rd time i told him my door says NO SOLICITORS and i am not interested - in fact i also said my whole neighbor has a sign that says DEED RESTRICTED COMMUNITY - NO SOLICITORS- and you are not welcome- please leave- i finally had to threated to call the police before he would leave my front porch- i will NEVER use a company that is so rude to have their sales people come through neighborhoods knocking on doors with signs that clearly tell them NOT TO - so unprofessional and i will call the police and file a complaint if it ever happens again - what a horrible company and they have no respect for people and their property - shame on you URBANEX

      Solicitor disregarded the No Soliciting sign, rang the door bell AND knocked. When my wife opened the door and told him we have a sign, he started to talk over her and said that he wanted to "introduce himself" and see if we were happy about our current pest control company.
      Absolutely no respect and blatant disregard of the posted sign on the door.

      This company promised a service that was not rendered. They also mentioned that if I was not satisfied with the results of their work I could cancel at anytime with no penalties. They did not keep their word. They are continuously charging me after I asked them to cancel several times. They are also charging me a cancellation fee for no reason which was never mentioned. They mentioned I could cancel if I was not happy with the work and now they are blackmailing me with a cancellation fee.
