1 starTheir contract states that you must send written notice of cancellation after your 1 year contract. Upon sending that written cancellation they try to tell you that you must call their office to cancel. A clear and obvious breach of their own contract. When you do call, they will continually try to launch into pre-written speeches about why you should remain a customer. Ultimately you have to get rude - telling them they are already in breach of their contract and they need to stop pushing and simply cancel it before it becomes a larger issue for them.
I had them for nearly 5 years and had a similar issue and unenjoyable time dealing with them when I sold a house and was trying to get them to transfer the service to the new house. The incompetence with the staff had them continuing to the old house multiple times and I would then have to contact them after getting a "we just serviced your home" txt and knowing - because I work at home and have cameras - that they never showed up at the correct house. Every contact with them via phone is an ordeal that takes a half hour or more.
The breaching of their own contracts simply takes the cake for poor business practices and labels them as either incompetent or malicious in their business practices.Review fromKewana F

1 starWorse company ever!!!! Please don't ever use this company! They are a scam. They are bullies and very rude. They basically beg you to use their services but when they come they never do a thorough job. I use to have to go behind them and make them do their job. They just be rushing to get done and don't care where they are spraying that trashy formula they are using. They are only about money and not customer service oriented at all. They charged me $150 because I told them I wanted to cancel the contract with them. I cancelled because the formula they are using doesn't work and it causes more ants and spiders. 1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Going to be brutally honest here and say I should have done my research on this company before agreeing. My crawl space wasn’t touch and his reason was it’s locked when he could have asked. A quick spray around the house and quick to be gone to the next. After seeing what company cares more about in sales and making the most money in sales explains the fancy sales pitch given to my family and my neighbors. I understand you gotta make money but a lie to make business, half treatment and lock people into contracts without all details is absolutely disgusting. And a company that says they are Vet owned. I hate to be this person but times are hard and sale pitches to lie to people is even worse. My neighbor and I will be calling to cancel.Review fromTony C

1 starExtremely aggressive sales people! A young girl showed up at my house at 2:44 when I was not at home. Then while cutting my bushes around 4:15 she popped up again. She gives this long spill saying the company has all 5 star reviews and they do treatment that is all include from moles to carpenter bees to ants to spiders to ticks to spraying plants to the inside of the house etc all per visit every 2 months for $150. Sounds good right? Then you read the reviews. After much effort she finally left (she spent 20 minutes pitching her company, criticizing *****, and insisting on going all in my backyard , etc. after I turned down the service she parked her car in front of my house and around 5:30 a friend joined her. Both girls stayed in the neighborhood until at least 7:00 (I’m not even sure they left then) . We only have 10 houses in the neighborhood! If this company is that aggressive I certainly do not to enter into a contract with them!Review fromMegan C

1 starThese people do not listen and do not respect boundaries. A man came to our house, which has a very clear “No Soliciting” sign right by the doorbell, and was told we weren’t interested by my husband. The man took it upon himself to walk around our house and LET HIMSELF IN OUR BACKYARD where I was with my young children and guests with young children. He told me my husband said he could come back there, which I found odd. I told him repeatedly we were not interested, but I was trying to not make a scene because I didn’t want to scare the little ones. He didn’t leave until one of the kids hurt themselves and we had to go inside to deal with it.
My entire neighborhood is talking about this company because of the aggressive tactics and inappropriate solicitation. They are knocking on doors and ringing doorbells AFTER DARK and for multiple minutes. People have started calling the non-emergency police phone number because of it. 1 starThey are fraudulent and possible scam. I was locked into a contract under false pretenses. Double charged a few times. Multiple reservices due to treatment not being effective. I was actually bit by a tick after a recent service and got sick and had to be put on antibiotics. Do not use them at all!!!Review fromSarah J

Horrible service. They lock you into a contract after being told you can cancel after your first spray if not satisfied. Not to mention I was outside washing my vehicles when some random man came up our hill on FOOT to corner me into letting them do a spray half price. Then after the first spray, I learned that they don’t charge you every other month. They charge you every month DOUBLE what they originally disclosed with you. Almost a year in trying to cancel them because we are left with spiders everywhere. Horrendous scheduling, pricing and customer service. I would STRONGLY advise you to look into other options when it comes to pest control services in your area.

5 starsI have been using this company for 2 years and they have always done an outstanding job. The techs are professional and informative. I have a phobia of spiders and if in between treatments if I see a spider they will come out and retreat my home. I have been so impressed with this company that I recommended them to my church that is now being serviced through Urbanex.
