      The company’s sales techniques are creepy and bordering on harassment. 5 times my wife told the man she was not interested in the service. He kept knocking on my door and coming back during the same day while I was at work. With young children at home these sales techniques are putting the lives of their sales people at risk from a homeowner who fears they are in danger from these so called salesmen. I would never use a company that employs such sales tactics and causes fear in the very decision makers they are trying to court with juvenile strategy. I would pay 5 times as much for a similar service from a company that shows respect to their potential clients.

      Terrible company, I was in a year contract and had to cancel in order to hire a new company. The contanly "made appointments" never giving us a time frame and never showing up. This caused my fiance and I to miss a lot of work waiting around just for us to HAVE TO CALL THEM to see where the tech was and to be told the appointment was rescheduled. We wouldn't even know about the rescheduled appointment if we hadn't called them. Then they charge me a $150 cancelation fee when it was because of them I had to find a reliable company to replace them. I would never recommend them to anyone and will continue to leave reviews and let people know what garbage they are.

      Urbanex is a huge scam. There services do not work. I have called them several times had them back out too spray a few times still did not work. I was told to disregard the cancelation bill as I had follow up services that did not work. I never asked for my money back I just want to cancel. They still charged me 175.00. I have contacted them numerous times to get the run around with 4 different people supposed to be in charge. Then when I got to the final one the big guy supposedly, then he says we'll u will have to wait till my boss comes back Wednesday. They are horrible and I hope everyone learns from are mistake. They were way to pushy to begin with. Was lied to by the sales rep. They apologized but never corrected it. I'm sure my file has all the times I called suppose to get a call back had to wait 2 months. Please don't waste ur money

      Logan did a thorough job and was very knowledgeable. Took his time to answer my questions and tend to my requests. I would like for him to service my home again.

      This companies service actually made my bug problem worse. I’ve had a significant increase in Bug activity after 2 services. The first “comprehensive” service came with a notice for an increase in bug sightings as the treatment would bring them out as they died off. Well, after 2 services, I now have more bugs than I did before. I have spiders and Ants everywhere, which were the two primary concerns I had. This service is definitely not worth the money that I am paying for.

      It is the worst company service I ever received in my lifetime so far. I talked to customer service and said that I didn't need their service, but somehow, they still charged me for the service I didn't want. I DON'T RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMER ARTIST.

      Martin was the technician when I joined the Urbanex service for spraying for various pests.
      Martin was very informative & did a great job spraying inside & outside as I was having issues with small pests such as ants, flies, mosquitoes & so forth.
      I recommend this company & their pricing.
