      Terrible place. Do not rent from them. If you have problem they will not fix them. They will not answers calls and if the do the lie. Please do yourself a favor look for somewhere else to rent from.

      I have lived at Park1eleven in Smyrna Tn for almost 3 years, We have had nothing but issues since we've moved in. Our initial problem was with leaks coming from the upstairs neighbors bathroom. It took them almost 2 years to finally locate the real issue and finally stop the leak. We also have a current leak that come through the vent in the bathroom and we have tried to resolve this but are met with silence. Now we have an abundance of MOLD growing in my bedroom closet which is adjacent to the bathroom. We also had mold in our bathroom They did no mold remediation when brought to their attention they just wiped it off and left us to clean the mess. I have tried to contact the office multiple times through emergency number and the resident portal but are always met with silence. They did come to fix the ceiling that was cracked but was turned away because of 0 pryor communication that they were coming even though we have requested them to do so and my mother was sick, they marked the job complete and said they would come back when they can. Have not heard anything since then. The mold is effecting my sons breathing and not to mention smells like must throughout the apt now. I tried to contact to let them to let them know we would be a little late with rent this month. And wrote a promise to pay by a certain date and have once again been met with silence. We have always paid rent and would like to have the proper communication when there is a delay like this month. They say they strive for excellence and put the tenant first but i can tell you first hand its anything but excellence and they put us last. We pay almost 1500 monthly to live here and are treated like our necessities don't matter. **** *

After thorough investigation it appears that we have attempted on several occasions to complete the repairs but have been turned away due to illness. Please contact the office with the best date and time for the repairs to be made. We truly apologize for any inconvenience and would love to reconcile these issues immediately.

      I am a ****** ******** ** ********* ********** *** ** currently a resident at Avenue Willow. Our AC had not been working properly since we moved in last June and was finally fixed 5 days ago on 5/19/23 after the work order was open for 5 weeks.That is 11 months without a properly working AC. We had been told that it was fixed multiple times when the work order had been closed out several times last year. When the work order was originally submitted when I moved in I was told (By the Maintenance Supervisor) that the air was working properly and that I needed to make sure all of my blinds were closed. ** ******* *** *** ****** *** ********** ** ****** ******, I have been in apartments with fully functioning air. In our apartment, you could not feel air coming out of the vents whatsoever unless your hand was directly on the vent. All last summer our apartment stayed at 78 degrees or higher and did not once go down. When the work order was opened again at the end of the summer I was told it needed a new compressor. The compressor was installed and it still did not blow properly out of our vents and it was dismissed as 'fixed' when I questioned it. One AC window unit was installed in our bedroom and remained there until the fall. As a result of the air blowing non-stop (and never cut off) from our AC, the window unit, and running 2 fans we had ridiculously high **** bills. It was miserable and I tried expressing my concerns when It was actively happening only for them to be dismissed. I tried to express my concerns when our bills were outstanding and I reached out to The Manager and the Regional Manager directly to see what could be done. If the work order had been addressed and properly completed to begin with I wouldn't be so upset about it now. I am now realizing that since our air is finally working properly that the past 11 months we have been living in substandard living conditions and have been paying the price in high utility bills and living uncomfortably.

      So I have been at Retreat at West Hills since February of 2023 , I've been paying my rent on time, I keep my unit clean. Ever since I have done the walk through of the unit I had lots of work orders collected, moved in with the promise of having everything taken care of, that didn't happen, it is April the 19th and my patio door lock still not working , part not even ordered because its not important from what I've been told , this was added on the walk through list on the first day, when it rains we get water in from under the front door, the unit has two windows in different rooms that are not sealed and broken cant even open them, there is a huge gap in the wall above both windows and almost every day I get BIG ugly roaches in ( wish I could add pictures), lots of cracks in the walls and ceiling, understaffed for sure . Now the big problem , my A/C unit is not working since April 5th and today is April 19th and my A/C is not fixed, I never got a portable unit, I do have kids and worst of all we homeschool, the weather is getting wormer and so is the apartment. So I said before we are always on time with rent, I am expecting the apartment complex to fulfil there part on time as well.

      I was scammed. Information that was sent already started affecting me. I sent the application yesterday. Already, one of my accounts were hacked. They stole almost $70 in application fees. I was told to submit and pay for another with all my information again. There is no contact as of a couple hours ago. They have actually changed my timeline on ******. I took a screenshot stating the I already did the application process. I sent them that screenshot. I checked again and my timeline was not the same. Clever for them I guess, taking people’s money and personal information, for their own personal gain. The most messed up part is that they lied and I was told that I could move in by the end of the week and to get my application in ASAP. I was so excited. My son and I have been without a home for sometime. I am paying so much money for a hotel. This is heartbreaking.

      Full of **** and they stealing money my rent is 709 they charge me for my water 3 times a month and it’s insane they won’t let me back in my residence portal and they keep leaving evictions on my door that say if I don’t pay some crazy amount I have to be out by noon

      Tuesday October 25th @ 1030
      Between one of my morning walking laps around the apartment complex, I noticed a piece of paper wedged between my rear wiper blade on my personal vehicle. See attached
      Caitlin B***** informed that, Skylar, Leasing Consultant. was in the "back" diligently reviewing video footage beginning as far back as 0030 that morning to determine the identity of the individual and she would update my fiance. myself, and police as soon as possible and "do the their job for them." in reference to the police official.

      Called office to inquire if the individual who left the note was identified and was informed per Kelsey H***** that Caitlin B***** was out until Tuesday and she would be the POC for the matter by Kelsey H*****
      Tuesday Nov 1st @ 0915
      Called office to inquire if the individual who left the note was identified and was informed that Caitlin B***** by Kelsey H***** and not sure when she would return
      Thursday Nov 3rd
      Received an email stating that the office was closed due to staffing issues.
      Friday Nov 4th
      I phoned Caitlin B***** and she proceeded to raise her voice in a hostile aggressive manner and informed me that she had verified the identity of the individual and that she has a right to protect the identity of the individual for their safety from me. She informed that she contacted her regional manager and legal counsel for advisement. In addition, She informed that the individual poses no harm or threat to me or minor child.
      Saturday November 5th
      Received an email from Caitlin B***** stating that she is at "no liberty" to disclose the identity of the individual and the police are more than welcome to come and review the footage to see if they can determine the who left note.
      After THREE requests to be connected with upper management I filed a civil suit.

      Brookside promised me a newly furnished apartment. They did not tell me they are going to continue furnishing it. That is, they continued to obstruct my peaceful living with incessant repairs and “renovations” without proper notification nor explanation. They left my apartment a mess and used my girlfriend’s razor while working there. I found the dirty thing on the floor with what appeared to be dark pubic hair. I told the management and they brushed me aside. Furthermore, they lied to me and my partner about when renovations would continue. I had no choice but to comply with letting their maintenance crew in my apartment at least once a month to fix problems they themselves caused. I did my due diligence, checking and reporting issues with the apartment that I was signed a lease to. They don’t allow tours of the specific unit you are renting and now I know why: they are poorly maintained. However, staff would rather renovate appliances and cosmetics rather than remediate issues plaguing these old apartments. The staff is unprofessional and brushed me off multiple times. They take advantage of people who can’t afford a lawyer and charge far too much. I wish I never did business with Brookside. Unfortunately, they own a lot of rental properties in Tennessee. They win. However, I hope anyone reading this takes it as a cautionary tale not to rent from them as I did. Bad characters.

      This apartment complex has been nothing but rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. My family and I moved in and there’s been issue after issue and we put in maintenance requests and we set up a day for them to come fix our issues and they are a no call no show. Our windows in the bedrooms are not attached to anything and pop off very easily when trying to open. Our storage bin outside our front door was used by a neighbor to dump his cats litter and feces into and was left there for a week and a half. We were told by the office that we just needed to be nice and take it to the trash. There’s mold in the shower that was supposed to be cleaned. We found pills on the kitchen floor on the first day of getting our keys. The washer and dryer are absolutely disgusting. Our kitchen sink doesn’t stop leaking. Our shelves in our closets are not attached to the wall so we can’t even use them. Every time we call the office for help or anything we get told yeah they’ll get it done when they can or just wait. My husband has even been hung up on by the agent in the office because she was tired of listening to us tel her what needs to be fixed. All of these things should’ve been fixed when the previous tenant left. This apartment complex and company are rude and have done nothing but treat us poorly.

      Havent had a working oven in three months. Every time the work orders are put in they send out a repair person who does not resolve the issue. Now the AC unit is out and every time it runs it leaks. My husband and I are never late on our rent but we haven't had our AC unit repaired or the oven. Our house gets up to 84 degrees inside and they have not even provided us with a window AC
