    I would have put 0 if it let me. stayed at the ******* *** in Indianapolis. they valet hit something put scratches and a dent in my brand new truck, less than a month old. Valet filled out a claim, took pics. I got an email back saying that they are not responsible saying my truck was vandalized, when clearly the damage done was done driving my truck and that they are not going to fix it. Well that’s **. No one reached out or will even talk to me in regards to this. Hiding behind emails is not good customer service All you had to do was fix my truck. Now I’m going to go on every site that I can and give your company a this same bad review and I hope it costs you business.

    This company is using scare tactice to collect excessively inflacted pricing for parking. We parked in an empty dirt lot that was unattended and attempted to use their worthless app to pay. When we returned they had employees who refused to take our money in our attempt to pay. Their fee is twice what the city charges and they are now inflating the amout of the dispute to double, and increases the amount with time to the amount of $70 with the threat to turn me over to collections. I've contacted the city and they are sceptical of the practices of this business and concerned with their tactics. This is a typical scam type business. Beware..they have taken their phone number down from their website and I'm waiting on a response from them but looking at other reviews, I doublt I receive one.

    This company is full of cowardice and bad faith actors. I reached a settlement agreement for lost wages as a result of my vehicle being damaged by one of parking management company’s valets. They sent me a bad check and have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them to rectify the situation. Unfortunately it appears as though I’m going to have to go through legal channels to actually get the payment that I am owed. Additionally, this company dodged the calls of the body shop that repaired my vehicle for weeks before they finally paid them, resulting in my vehicle being held at the shop for much longer than was necessary. Unbelievably unprofessional.

    This company is a SCAM.
    I pulled off in Downtown Fort Worth to take a business phone call. Never left my car, and proceeded to leave right after. I then received a threatening 'FINAL NOTICE' letter in the mail that my car would be booted if I did not pay.
    Per Texas Law, the citation should be given to the person or left on the car- which never happened. I was only made aware of this when I received the threatening letter. After sending a dispute for this in June 2023, I never received a confirmation or any follow up pertaining to my dispute. It is now August 28, 2023 still with no communication.
    It seems a bit odd that there is NO phone number associated with the notice, and I only was able to locate their website when I searched the PO box listed on the letter. I also checked with the city of Fort Worth and there is no record of a parking ticket for me.

    If I could leave 0 starts I would, I stayed in the ***** ***** hotel in Pittsburgh Friday august 4th, I had to valet with this company in which they broke my key fob to my car. I did have a missing button but the key still fully worked when I was handed my keys back it was in 2 pieces with every button on the fob missing. However I can get past that it’s just a key and can be replaced I wasn’t seeking compensation for the key. I had went to the front desk just to report what had happened and ask if I would be able to have them park my car out of the way and hold onto my key until the morning considering they had already broken it once that’s when the valet worker came into the lobby and started screaming at me that I had to leave he was going to have my car towed and I wouldn’t be compensated. I held my composure and continued to talk calmly and try to explain the situation as he continued to berate me. Then finally after 3 times of requesting to be contacted by management of the valet company just to explain the mistreatment I endured from his employee I was sent a text saying “ GoodMorning *** *****! This is Director of Valet Operations Hezekiah J******. I’m reaching out in terms of the broken key fob. Upon arrival it was noted that the key fob was already broken, so there isn’t much I can do. Thanks for reaching out, have a great day!” I’m not sure if the gentleman who screamed in face was Aj or Sean but all I was requesting was some sort of apology from this company. I can replace a key but I can not replace the time I didn’t get to spend with my cousin on his last birthday before they put him on hospice. We splurged for a nice expensive hotel in downtown Pittsburgh to celebrate his life and I had to leave as I wasn’t allowed to park my car there after them breaking my key because valet is the only option. What a shame a nice hotel does business with such a terrible company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

    Paid for parking on 06/29/2023 while having dinner at ******** ** *** *****. Received threatening letter stating we did not pay, have confirmation notice showing we paid. They can turn it over to anyone they want to, will not get anymore money out of me. We pay what we rightfully owe. Someone not doing their job!

    Paid my parking and got threatening letter to pay anyway.
    Have it on my **** bill.
    Will not go to anywhere which has this parking company!!

    I used PMC valet at the Richmond, VA, hotel, Graduate Richmond. The vehicle was returned smelling of beer. Very discouraging. Will not valet park my vehicle again, wish I could take my tip back. All this for $40. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR VEHICLE

    Stayed at **** **** hotel in Miami Beach last month. PMC damaged the car and after video review from garage admitted they were at fault. Sent in claims now not getting any response to emails or phone calls. Phone goes right to voicemail. I need my car repaired they are ghosting me.

    We went to *********** in San Antonio (Navarro St). We valeted the truck so we didn’t have to find parking. Sound great, right? Wrong. In all the time we’ve come to this hotel, we’ve never had an issue. We arrived Thursday evening, the truck is shown going into the parking garage valet uses WITH NO DAMAGE. We filed a claim with the hotel, PMC claims their video footage shows it was damaged when they got it, the same video evidence clearly shows it was not damaged when they parked it in the garage. Guess they didn’t expect us to contact the garage ourselves. They’ve been caught lying and now they are now ignoring phone calls and emails. All we want is for them to pay for the damages they are responsible for. If you can’t drive a truck, you probably shouldn’t be a valet driver. Called neighboring businesses, they said we aren’t the first to contact them having issues with this valet company. AVOID PMC IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! Also, go ahead and avoid *********** just in case.
