The tub itself is great and so were the guys who installed it. The shower add-on portion, (and make no mistake—it is an add-on) is not so great. The drain is in the WRONG place for showering. It’s almost impossible to keep from constantly stepping on the drain. I live in Denver and was having difficulty getting the work inspection passed to the city’s standards. I called the Regional Manager for assistance and had to leave 3 messages. To this day (almost 6 months later), i am still waiting for a call back from this jerk! I also notified Customer Service and was told by the agent that she would work on this problem and get back to me. I am still waiting for a call back from her as well. I am happy that people leaving other reviews had great customer service results; unfortunately, I DID NOT. I am informing everyone who asks about my tub not to buy Safe Step if you want good—OR ANY—customer service!!!Safe Step Walk-In Tub

The team that installed our safe step walk in tub electrician plumbers were outstanding extremely efficient, friendly, respectful so over the top hard working from 8:30 am to 5pm they never stopped working no lunch breaks or any break whatsoever It was like a breath of fresh air to see these young men with such great work ethicsSafe Step Walk-In Tub
