The team that installed my tub was excellent, at least they did as promised and what was expected. As for your "tub", I found it greatly lacking on what I was sold, uncomfortable and did not meet any expectations set by your sales team. Definitely not worth the 23,000 dollars spent.

This company is a rip off. My husband and I are senior citizens. I have arthritis and my husband has severe back and knee pain. I ordered a Safe Step Tub to help us in our senior years after a sales representative came to our house and said the tub would work. He looked at our hot water heater, our braker box and where we would like the tub. He said our bathroom on the first floor was too small and a lot of construction would be involved to put it on the first floor. He then looked at the second-floor bathroom and said it would work on the second floor. I then signed the contact for a tub costing over $16,000. The installers came to install the tub and it took them over a week and they drilled holes in our guest bedroom and hole in the ceiling of the first-floor bathroom. They taped down a tarp to our hard wood floor and peeled up the stain. The installers left without completing the job and sent in a second crew. The second crew stated the water heater would need replaced and we would need to do something about the water pressure. I asked what should be done. He stated it would be expensive. That crew called their main office and was told to leave. It has been over a year and the Safe Step Tub company wants their money. I told them when the tub was working, I would pay them. We have not been able to use the tub for a shower or bath. It is just sitting there. They said once I paid them, they would come and fix the tub. I hired a lawyer because they put a lien on our house. Now they are suing us for the $16,000. We are now paying a lawyer because of the lawsuit BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!. I would not suggest buying from them.Safe Step Walk-In Tub

We disagree in the strongest possible terms with the statements made by *********** in her review. *********** has had a fully operational walk-in tub since July, 2021 without making any payments for the walk-in tub. 5 starsWe haven't dealt with a more congenial, supportive, & honest company in a long while. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience & made new friends. Any of the group can come visit anytime! The tub is now surrounded by my plants. Bathing is like being pampered in a spa.Review fromCarolyn G

1 starAbsolutely not the value for the money. The customer service is absolutely horrible on Vancouver Island. We paid 22000.00 for a tub that still doesn’t work properly. The panel board does not close drain. There solution was use the manual drain. For 22000.00 I feel it should do everything it says. Impossible to contact a Customer Service Department. I have tried many times. I have no confidence in lifetime warranty they claim. They can’t even get it to work correctly from the beginning. I withheld 2000.00 until repaired. Without a customer service agent checking I was happy they charged my credit card. I have no faith in warranty.Review fromKacy W

5 starsI am completely happy with my new Safe Step walk in tub. It is really wonderful. The men who installed my tub were great. They went over everything. They had to take it upstairs. They were thoughtful about cleaning everything up as they worked and after they were finished. Anyone with arthritis like I have would benefit from a walk in tub. 5 stars2 day installation. Workers are professional, and courteous. They were very accommodating. There were decisions to be made and they made sure I was part of the decision. The tub is life changing. It's everything you want it to be and more. I waited too long to finally get one. My husband could have been benefiting from it already. Never too late.
