    I was very happy with this company! I will continue to use this company when I go back to the smokies! Cabin was exactly as pictured and the views were amazing! I got to see a bear one morning so that made my day! These are Cabins in the woods I’ll never understand why some people expect perfection inside and out! Again thank you again for an amazing time at mountain bliss!

    We rented Moonbeams and Cabin Dreams. It was a fabulous property, extremely clean throughout and chalked full of amenities as described on the website. Our family from Canada will definitely be returning to APG to rent a cabin in the Smokies!

    awesome company to book cabins through. we stayed for a 5 days got 2 free through their promotion. easy access to cabin and check in and out was a breeze.

    Traveled up on 9/13/24 entered the cabin to find a dead rat in bedroom floor swept up in a pile of dust the vents were full of insulation that kept blowing up on curtains smelled like rat piss n there were 2 pairs of dirty underwear n a pair of shorts in floor n between mattress n foot board contacted Bobby n he put us on to his supervisor who told us she'd wave the cleaning fee of 100$ n that she was sending a cleaning crew but it might take several hours for them to get there mind u it was 7 pm this is a dump n their customer service is crappie will never stay with AMERICAN PATRIOT CABINS again!!!!!

    We arrived at Eagle’s Loft through American Patriot Getaways on 4/10/2024 the cabin smelled so bad we called APG to let them know and the lady told us that it was sulfer from the water cause it’s well water (I too have well water at my home so I know it can be fixed) and in the email we received it said it was well water so we knew that (no big deal cause we use to it) she told us to run the hot water for 15 minutes and it should take care of it, well we did and it didn’t by this time it was getting late so we decided to wait and call back on 4/11 and talk to another lady said they would send someone out but no one showed up called later that eve it and she said that the filter people was coming well again no one showed by this time we was invested in with the amount of money for this place so we toughed it out with doors open at almost the entire time we was there.on 4/12 we emailed them and again nothing! I most certainly will not recommend APG use APG nor stay anywhere they are over!

    We have gave this place a second chance and they failed! We rent a cabin to enjoy the hot tub both times the hot tub has been either stagnant with water or not working. This time we called before hand to make sure the hot tub was clean and working. They called house keeping to confirm. We arrived it was not clean and had No chlorine tablets in it. Was told it would be fixed that day. After waiting a day no one has showed and they claimed they came but we haven’t left. Also we informed them of rats in the bathroom and nothing has been done.

    If I could give it zero stars I would. We traveled over 150 miles with 2 cars, one rental 4x4, 6 people including children and the elderly as well as 2 dogs. This cabin was simply put unkept and abandoned. When we arrived it was raining and dark and we were not able to see into the cabin because there was no porch lights, then we unload everything to discover we have no running water and there is feces left in the toilet as well, not to mention the porch was filled with leaves and the hot tub was out of the question. This was for Thanksgiving week and all of our food was also brought. When we called to inform the office of the issues we were told that no one would be able to come out until tomorrow at 0800. They had a very feeble elderly man drive up with his family at 9pm with bottled water to flush the leftover from the toilet, he had just had neck/back surgery and was unable to even carry the water up to the door. This shows a lot about the character of the company. At 0800 no call/no show, we called at 10am when they opened and they were never apologetic or responsive and said they couldn’t give us an ETA for water but advised around 2:30. At 3 we called back and was told no ETA, they refused to place us elsewhere due to no available cabins and offered a refund in 5-7 business days. We had to pack the entire cabin back up and go home and our Thanksgiving vacation was ruined. They refused to allow me to speak with a manager due to the holidays and stated there is nothing else they could do. I emailed the GM and no response until 5 days later and it was his assistant offering 2 free nights. Now I don’t want to ever try out this company again- it wasn’t even the fact there were maintenance problems, they did not care whatsoever. The expense of renting a 4x4, gas, travel, no running water, pet boarding, and the fact our entire vacation was ruined is not compensated by returning the rental fees, that was a given because we didn’t stay at the cabin and it wasn’t fit.

    We rented The Roost. It's been a terrible experience. The tubs and shower were filthy. The bottoms were black and the tub had a thick, brown scum ring around it. The rugs in front of the shower and sink were black. We called for someone to come clean the tubs and shower. The lady came 1.5 days later because she had to find a ride because her car wouldn't make it up the driveway. The tubs and shower were just as dirty after the lady left so we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean everything.
    The 1st night, I was bitten by spiders 4 times while sleeping. The next night, I was bitten 6 more times. We had to buy bug spray and spray the bedroom. There were 4 wasps flying around the den and Asian Ladybugs everywhere. I left a message and after 2 days with no response, I called back and was told the call wasn't routed to the right department. AP offered to come spray but after 2 nights of being bitten, and it was the weekend, we had to take care of it.
    The den and upstairs tv have not worked since we got here 7 days ago. We were initially told to reset the router but that didn't work.
    The downstairs king bed has a queen comforter on it, which barely covers the top of the bed.
    The cabin is beautiful and spacious but very poorly maintained, absolutely filthy and infested with spiders.
    American Patriots gave us a 10% refund for the spider bites and the cleaning fee. I'm thankful for the refund but don't think it's enough. I was told to call back and talk to a manager.

    We checked in 10/19/2023 at Bushwood Lodge the views were awesome the inside was ok. Dust on table chandler above table was awful, lamp in livingroom on stand didn't work, stove in kitchen didn't work properly, bedroom on 1st floor was very dusty the couple that slept in there woke up with headaches due to bed frame so dusty we wiped them down I have pictures, the futon in bottom was broke dust and cobwebs were awful and bathtub in lower level was bad. I suggest the cleaning needs to be adjusted and something upgraded! For the price I was very disappointed.

    We so hate to see your one star review, and can't believe that a guest of Bushwood Lodge would have that kind of experience.
    When you checked-into the cabin, you sent photos of a couple minor cleaning issues at the cabin. You sent those photos by replying to your automated confirmation email - a noted no-reply email address. We luckily found that communication anyway. Our team sent those photos on to our housekeeping managers so they can make sure those specific dusty areas are cleaned, and that the home's annual deep clean has been scheduled. We also sent your pictures over to our guest services office, who reached out to you by phone personally and offered housekeeping service for any concern.
    You declined housekeeping service.
    Our guest services office is open here in Pigeon Forge 7 days a week, 12 hours a day for anything you need, and someone is always on call for emergencies. You will find the phone number for our office in all of our correspondence, on our sign at the cabin, in the guest book, on the fridge magnet, and so on. We work hard to be available for anything our guests need.
    Our team is here and available for any guest need or concern during their stay and we work hard to keep that service staff available. Declining service after WE reached out to you, then leaving a one-star review here seems a bit disingenuous. We cannot issue you a refund for minor cleaning issues, unreported to our guest services office, and for which housekeeping service was declined.

    I recently booked a rental home through American Patriot Getaways. I was very impressed with the timely responses I received from them regarding the rental home, detailed directions to the home, and other information regarding the area. I would definitely recommend using them to assist you with your vacation accommodations. Check in and out was the easiest process I’ve encountered.
