The cabin was beyond our expectations and the staff were very accommodating. This was our first vacation to the Smokey Mountains, and my very first vacation that I've ever been on. The only downside was it ended WAY to soon, like all good things have to end.
Myself and my family are already thinking about next year.

We absolutely loved Bearskin romance cabin. The hot tub was wonderful the views were awesome. Game room was a end to every night. Wonderful location. Very clean cabin and very spacious. Miss Tennessee alreadyBear Camp Cabin Rentals, LLC

Wonderful stay, very clean and accommodated 6 people comfortably. Very private and quiet yet close to all the hot spots like Dollywood and Gatlinburg. I would've given it zero stars if I could. Our cabin, Cozy Bear, was beautiful except the bathroom was full of black mold. We did contact the office but no one ever came. Poor customer service. Bathroom shower is leaking and no one ever fixed it. Black mold all over trim and all over floor. My husband is in the construction business for over 25 years. He looked at it. The shower has been leaking for some time. The trim is black from mold and so is floor. The floor is also yellow where the glue is coming up off floor due to leakage. I think this is unacceptable. Someone with respiratory problems probably couldn't stay there. For $600 for 2 nights I would expect a clean bathroom. I couldn't even sit on the toilet without putting toilet paper on seat. Thank you for your review. The flooring is laminate and it is stained with some blueish color that has been there since the cabin owner bought that cabin years ago and the only way to get that stain out of the lanoimum is to pull it all up and replace the flooring. The owner sees no need to do that since it is a stain it does not change anything in the cabin or it will not make you sick. Anyone that has had roll linoleum will let you know this it stains very easily. Now to be honest we never heard anything from you unless you want to talk about how a male tried to call and cancel 5 days before you guys were supposed to come and we let him know that we couldn't cancel the reservation unless you called since it was in your name. That was the last we heard from you until AFTER you left then that wasn't until the 21st. After you wrote us on the 21st you did speak to the office manager who let you know that we couldn't do anything after the fact for you. That was when you started belittling us and making threats to us if you start to act like that and making threats to us we will not be willing to listen to that. No one deserves to be beraraded at work or belittled over something that was never reported and anyone that reads this knows that I will be the first to say yes you called and yes we tried to make it better but you never gave us that option.Nicole E.

Number 1, that man has NOTHING to do with your moldy bathroom. Number 2 we called about our tv and floor. We went both days without a TV. Who's belittling who now? Unforgettable Dreams
Great cabin, very clean, and a great location close to everything. We had a blast and definitely will return. All the amenities you could ask for, could use bigger tvs but only spent the nights in the cabin. Everything you need to cook is provided.Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, LLC

We knew the cabin was going to be lovely based on the photos, but photos on the internet can be deceiving. That was true in the case of Smoky Mountain Summit, but for once, in the most special and glorious of ways. At each point, from climbing the driveway, to seeing the views for the first time, to walking into the cleanest cabin I have ever seen, to each and every unexpected bit of decorative perfection, the photos just cannot do justice to what Smoky Mountain Summit provides.
This cabin will be a gold standard and where we plan on vacationing for years to come. If this cabin isn't available, then I know that Bear Camp Cabin Rentals will offer us a similar location kept to the same standards as this one. We've done the VRBO and AirBnB thing, and we willnever go back. Bear Camp Cabin Rentals truly care about the cabins and the guests that utilize them. Case in point, a mid-week phone call from the office letting us know that the Owner of the cabin spotted a bear snooping around our car on the driveway camera and wanted to let us know. We knew already. We watched the magnificent bear test each door and the garbage bins (all were locked of course) from the comfort of our balcony. We still appreciated the heads up and the concern both the owner and the company showed for their guests.
One last thing, and truly the most amazing when compared to previous cabin rentals with other companies, the housekeeping was immaculate. Over the week we stayed, we saw how easy it was for little critters to find their way into the home. The fact that upon our arrival there was not a single bug, spec of dirt, or any other evidence that this home has ever been used was absolutely amazing! The cabin itself was exactly as it was pictured which was nice since sometimes pictures can be deceiving. It was perfect for the four of us and the kids really enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The internet was spotty at night so the tv would not always work well but the point of being out there was to get off the tv and relax and play games which is what we did. We did see a bear which was cool and thankfully he just kept walking thru the yard, we were on the deck at the time. The only negative was to get out to pigeon forge even though it’s only a few miles the roads out to the cabin were small and windy so took 25-30 minutes which is why I give it 4 stars n not 5. I have seen people complain about the water smell but it’s well water that is the smell of well water, it didn’t bother us. PS bring bug spray for the mosquitoes. If your looking for a cabin that fits 4-6 people just fine and is not in the middle of the hustle n bustle of pigeon forge this is your cabinBear Camp Cabin Rentals, LLC
