Gorgeous cabin perfect for a small family. All amenities and perfect location to nearby activities. But secluded enough for peace and quiet.

Everything was clean and as presented. We did have a bear show up in front of cottage which was awesome for the grandkids to see.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Our cabin was infested with mice. They were absolutely the worst company to deal with during and after our stay. Finding the first mouse droppings did not totally surprise us as we were in a mountain setting. However, this continued to be an issue each and every day with new droppings which included in all the bedding. They did send a pest control company who themselves admitted it was “excessive” and pointed out ares we had not even noticed. READ THE FINE PRINT as you sign up with them that they will not refund anything for any reason. Do yourself a favor and stay with another establishment and enjoy your vacation. I am certain they will respond with garbage, it is unfortunate this review does not allow pictures as I have many. No customer service skills in the office whatsoever. You are never able to speak with the owner as the little people handle all the mess.Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, LLC

I will respond to this the same way I did the attorney general when you wrote them as well. We came and cleaned everything that you asked we did everything you asked we sent out pest control we sent out the cleaners to reclean per your request multiple times. When you call an office and yell and curse the people that work in the office who have to follow the same contract for every guest so that no one is treated differently and you want to call and yell at us and curse us. That is not a good way to get your point across. You signed a contract and I hope that anyone everywhere reads what they sign and know what they are agreeing to. Also no you can't call a company and speak with an owner of the company most of the time. I would like you to call the owner of walmart when *** ****** was still alive and ask to speak to sam it does not work like that. We stayed through this company for the first time and it is definitely the last time since they started taking money out that wasn't
authorized. I didn't know why money was getting took out through them til I found out I was put on a monthly membership without them asking my permission. I only booked a cabin to stay at so be careful. Watch these people cause they will take money out without your permission.Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, LLC

Thank you for your review. You signed up for the bear camp plus membership of 14.99 a month, tax not included. That is the 16.45 fee that keeps coming off your credit card. You saved about 75.00 dollars on your stay, and you were allowed to check in early. Then, you changed your card, so we can't charge you the fee for the membership you agreed to for a year. I am sorry that you don't want the membership any longer. All you had to do was call the office and let the office manager know that you no longer wanted the membership, and we would have charged you the final price for a year. But you changed your card, so you didn't have to pay the monthly fee. I am sorry you wanted the discount; you agreed to the fee. Now that you have stayed, you canceled that card, so you no longer get charged AND we wrote you to let you know that your membership was not going through this month, and we already told you we would discontinue the membership, and then after that email, you do this review.Review fromNatalie M

Thank you so much for this review and y ou taught me something I was not aware you could see the fireworks from the motel so thank you so much for letting me know LOL I leave work at 530 every day so I don't see them :)
