A Glimpse of Heaven what a perfect name for this cabin. Top of the World is no joke - the views were incredible!! The location was close enough to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, we took in all of these locations. Bear Camp was responsive to our questions and check in and out was a breeze. There is a regular coffee machine in the cabin with one starter pack to get you through your first morning but stores are not close so it would have been nice to know what was type of machine was supplied so we could have prepared for that. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would use this company again!!Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, LLC

Easy check in and check out. Customer service was super nice! Definitely would recommend Bear Camp Cabin Rentals! We stayed in the Papa Bear rental and it was the perfect getaway for 2. The smell of the water takes some getting use to but overall it wasn't that big of an issue. Would come back for sure!Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, LLC

We reserved a cabin for a large group (20). When we arrived, the property had not been inspected before arrival as was indicated in the rental policies on their own website, & there was no functioning water on the property. We contacted the company, & they sent someone to turn on the water while we went to get groceries and meet the rest of the group. When we returned there was water flooding parts of the cabin. It took over 4 hours & multiple phone calls to get a plumber to come out and stop the flooding. He finally arrived at 1am.
The following morning, we contacted the company. We asked them to move us to another property, although they DID give us the option of remaining in the original cabin without access to some of the bathrooms & bedrooms while they did the repair work. It took forever to get it all sorted, & our group moved, meaning we lost an entire day of our trip dealing with lodging issues.
After we returned, I contacted the company about a partial refund (at least that first night should have been comped). I had to call 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to finally speak to someone in management, & rather than calling me back as I had requested, I was sent an email stating that their policy is for no refunds. I could only get them to call me back when I responded that I wanted to ask about the inspection policies. They informed me that they weren't able to inspect all the properties because they don't have enough employees.
Furthermore, we were told that since the property they moved us to is slightly more expensive (although with fewer beds), we should be happy with the resolution. They offered us a 10% discount on future rentals, but given that they cannot be counted on to provide the contracted service, we will not be using this company for future outings.
There are plenty of cabin rental companies. Steer clear of this one.
TLDR: They don't follow their own rental policies regarding the properties but hold you to their "no refunds" policy.Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, LLC

We sincerely apologize for the issues you faced upon arrival, including the lack of water and the subsequent flooding in the cabin. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with these problems, especially during what should have been a relaxing retreat for your group.
We acknowledge that our response to the situation was not as prompt and effective as it should have been but we are at the hand of our vendors. We apologize for any delays in getting a plumber out to address the flooding and for the inconvenience caused by the need to relocate your group to another larger, more expensive property.
We understand your disappointment and frustration regarding your request for a partial refund. Our team has reviewed your case, and while we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, we must adhere to our company policies regarding refunds.

Everything was great! This is an awesome cabin, especially if you want to be close to everything yet secluded from all the hustle and bustle of the strip. Loved the hot tub right off the main bedroom. Especially enjoyed the Xplorie tickets. We finally were able to enjoy one of the shows.Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, LLC

As I stated over the phone, you need to get ahold of your bank and find out what is going on from your bank. If your money was there, then it was gone; that sounds like a bank question. Once the money is refunded and hits your bank, we would have to rerun your card to take more money out of your account, and you will see this in your transactions. There is physically no way that we could make your refund show up one day then the next day poof it is gone. Once again here is your refund information please once again get ahold of your bank to see what is going on with your refund.
