      Could be a great place I have a complaint about Regus at 402 West Broadway San Diego California 92101 How do I go about getting proper facilitation of someone getting in my office messing with things putting stuff in my clothing coming in my office unannounced. Not being able to have access to the video footage my car being damaged in front of my establishment at this address which my management is Regus. They tell me if I go to the building management that I would be charged so I have no way of trying to understand these issues that continuously go on. We have kitchens that are in our workspaces that are constantly not clean that they are responsible of cleaning the microwaves the drawers. How do I go about getting these things brought to awareness

      Worst company ever. I am stunned. I canceled with them last year. I paid my final payment. I FINALLY got a live person on the phone and he promised me that that was the last payment and I would never hear from them again. Now, I have collections contacting me everyday. ***********************

      Regus is the worst coworking company out there. They are crooks. I canceled my account in October, 2022. They confirmed it will be and was canceled and I still continue to get invoices. I called and emailed many times and they continue to say they will cancel and now they sent me to collections. I am going to rip them apart once I get someone from their headquarters.

      Worst company, stay away no matter how attractive they make it seem. I was charged for services not rendered and took weeks to pull from my account. They make you go in circles between the local mgr and corporate to a viscous circle hoping you'll give up. Mgr says they can't get involve, but they want a 5 star review and Corporate keeps a distance. They'll say a Mgr will call and never comes. Then they say it's under review. They charged for restoration I never received "due to Covid" and then charged me again before moving out. And now am not getting my deposit back without any follow up to expect it 1/9/23 - it's not 1/23/23. They won't answer or address any questions. The worst company I've ever done business with. No morals. Although the amenities are attractive, I'd go with AmeriCenter and should have looked into that further and would suggest any company other than Regus ever.

      These guys are thieves. They double charge you, won't admit fault. Tell you to call your bank and can never provide any support. Don't deal with Regus

      Dec 20, 2022. The reviews below are accurate and reflect our experiences with this company. Despite multiple communications with them, through my on-line account with them, they have never responded to any of them. Why has price increased by large %. Provide me a copy of the agreement, in order to see my options for cancelling. Once we cancelled the only way we could, on-line, they emailed a notice indicating that we had to keep paying for another 14 months - end of lease. We could never confirm 2 months cancellation policy, cos they never sent us the agreement upon request multiple times. They, on site rep, allowed us to cancel a live office without 2 months notice, due to many reasons, and at same time, convinced us to go to Virtual. We went from $1500/month to $200/month. We could handle that, plus kept same phone Number. As soon as I began my letter writing on-line (big mistake, cos you can never find any documents or correspondence current or archived) re: questions etc, and we decided to terminate giving 2 months notice, all of a sudden our payments were not going through and we were being harassed. But nothing had changed. They were not processing them. We believe that this is their way of saying we were not in good standing, and therefore had to fulfill total contact. 14 months out. BUT we don't know, cos not one Company representative has contacted us. They did pass to collections our physical office payments deemed to be outstanding even though their on site manager had authorized us to close out that same month. It was then he put us into virtual. This is a pattern of behaviour for them. See BBB conclusions. We know now, that in attempting to close out the virtual, their non communication, payments not being taken etc, that when time runs out August 2023, this account will be passed to COLLLECTIONS too. STAY AWAY from RGN/REGUS MANAGMENT NETWORK. My husband is 76 and just wants to retire. He does not need Harassment.

      Horrible company and very unprofessional. To Start It took a month and a half to transfer locations. (Transfer from ***************************).

      And then they added another Company based in Flordia to my account. We are located in *******, That took 2 weeks to fix. How did that happen who knows...

      And the last thing, I paid my balance on November 28 - which was $171(paid), and then on Dec 2, it was over $200. WTF

      The worst experience I have ever witnessed. My company leased office space with Regus and they issued a phone number. For a year, I kept getting calls for a roofing company. WE ARE A MEDIA COMPANY!!!!! We never received any of our phone calls and wouldn't fix the problem. Trust me when I say, I am not happy with this company and would advise anyone thinking of using their service to make a better decision than we did. And by the way, they charged ** for the entire contract though we were forced to move *************** company. And very rude! ********* *********

      My horror story: A nightmare leading to overnight notice of suspension of service... Case on point: its about a "wrongful charge" which is merely when merchant, on a new Agreement with new terms of services, did not ask to validate a form of payment before proceeding... In my case, after previous terms of services, a brand new Agreement was issued with new terms and while I await request to pay, I was charged from an old Credit Card with limited scope (a MasterCard) that was used (and thus on file on merchant (Regus) system), which, due to the newness and specificity of such new Agreement would warrant me using a DIFFERENT Credit Card. Regus went ahead and used a non-expressly provided payment method at time of New Agreement stipulations and terms of services which is in itself wrong. I have been charged fees in the amount of $****** nearly 5 times and another $58 all amounting $507 I just got notice today 11/11/22 that I must pay them UPFRONT to avoid interruption of service as of today (11/11/22), whereas such fees arise only from the sole reason of delayed customer service resolution (response) of my wrongfully charged CC. A closer look at my Account and following the trail of my email requests would definitely expose Regus carelessness and thus discrepancy more than I can eventually describe. Simply put: I was charged those ****** during the whole time it took **************** to get back to me with a satisfying response for the reversal before charging same amount onto the right **** Card I provide at time of the swap... While these charges were coming month after month without none knowledgeable (until lately) about the reason for those charges, I filed a dispute charge with my CC after month long delays from customer service, unable to timely respond to my query. Today all I'm asking is to waive those bogus fees.

      Terrible customer service. They give you the run around and increase prices. They do not disclose charges until after sign up and your invoice is greater than you agreed upon. They charged me twice for my set up and I didn't catch the mistake till later. Then they charged me in the same month numerous times for a service I didn't request and it was not rendered. It took me 3-4 months to request a refund to which they claimed would be applied as a credit which never happened. When I asked for a refund, they said they do not do refunds for credits. They also never applied credits either, so the credits are virtually missing. I created 5-6 ticket inquiries to which no one resolved my issue or even heard me out. They respond with short phrases with the intention of protecting liability for them and no concern for your experience as a loyal customer. Upon locating their corporate number it is impossible to reach a live agent. Any option you select pretends to route the call and then the call drops. Dishonest, bizarre and cryptic business practices - very intentional. Such a disappointment when this could and should be a better, cleaner experience. Instead, it is obscure and frustrating - a true energy siphon. They are clearly unapologetic as you can see the hundred reviews listed below. I do not believe this is an isolated poor experience, I know the practices are deliberate due to protecting their legal rights ("your" funds) as they are a high volume institution. Terrible and expected.
