  S**** Concentra. They're constant inconsistency to laxed vs. liberal approach to decisions on DOT physicals is enough to make even more truck drivers say the heck with trucking. And as long as companies keep networking with them, they're just gonna keep losing more drivers. Newer doctor at ************ seems ashamed to admit he is afraid of the company micromanaging their decisions as real doctors being made by Concentra corp.

  Horrible. Im required by prospective employer to have a TB test and physical here Came on Thursday and they said they will conduct only on Friday . No information on website Came in on Friday wait for a long time. Did tb test and they forgot to register me for Physical And have to reregister and wait again Staff is rude and do not seems to know what they are supposed to do. When asked what did you injected in my body have no answer other than pointed to a label Horrible that they are responsible to check my health

  Concentra is absolutely horrible. My employer requires a yearly medical. They supposedly lost my urine sample one year. The people doing the exams are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. The biggest problem I had was one of their employees ***** sent all the bills to me even though my employer always pays the bills. She even sent the bills to a wrong address, so I was sent to collections since the bills werent received.

  I went to the Holland **** at the Spring ******* location and waited over an hour which I understand they make you wait at least an hour for drug screening which I get. But what I didn't get was the treatment I received from their office manager ******. She yelled at me from a distance in a waiting room full of people that I better hurry up and fill out my paperwork or I wouldn't be seen. I started are you telling me to shut up and hurry. She said you can talk but you better hurry or we won't see you. I went to front desk and asked who she was and she said ****** she refused to give me her last name or initial. She never smiled or apologized for her behavior and she looked like she was 100 years old and needed to retire. I told her why wasn't I given all the paperwork at once when I came in and her reply was I was outside. I said excuse me I went outside for 10 minutes and asked permission as I was receiving a phone call I've been sitting in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes and was just given additional paperwork to complete a few minutes ago. I told her she was rude and disrespectful I was just about ready to leave and complain to the employer. She then quit arguing with me. ****** brought me back and he was wonderful, kind, funny, informative, and respectful. I found out that nasty sour face ****** is their office manager and she's been there forever. He turned a bad, rude, disrespectful situation into a pleasant encounter. I just want to warn everyone about that office manager ****** including corporate office and her boss how terrible she treated me, disrespect, rudeness, confrontation, bullying, intimatidation, and embarrassed I felt while being yelled at in the waiting room at Concentra Holland **** by their office manager ******. Nice example you set for your staff. Even ******* the patient next to me in the waiting room totally agreed she was rude to me and I didn't deserve that.

  Concentra ********. Everyone was kind and very helpful. From the time I walked in to the time I left. Especially a nurse by the name of ***** really helped me out bc I had an *********** at Concentra 12:00 and another Dr. *********** at 3:00 she made sure that I was out of there 1:20pm. ***** was professional, kind and on point with making sure the patients were being seen. Thank you ***** and everyone that was so kind and patient with me. Have an awesome week

  I was sexually harassed, self treated my own bleeding wounds and broken fingers with splints made from a tongue depresser and some bandaids. was refused treatment after asking to file a complaint against the x-ray tech asking me to spank her after causing me considerable pain by grabbing my injuries. dizzy from pain humiliated by the staff and performing my own treatments, This is the example to follow for everything wrong with the american medical system. Was told by corporate hot line that they "refer it to the site" the site manager informed me they do nothing. RUN RUN RUN do not go to these folks you will leave humiliated and in more pain than when you arrived.

  I initially went to Concentra when I was injured and transferred somewhere else for further care. When it came time for them to fill out my disability forms they kept giving me the runaround. I called several times per weeks and was always told that I will be given a call back by PA **** which I never did. I had to call supervisor, **** only to get him on the phone to tell me that he refuse to fill out my paperwork because he wasnt a physician that saw me. I informed him that I saw a different physician each time I came, and that I was not the one who gave him my paperwork. When I asked, why did he not call me back to inform me of that weeks ago or at least transfer my paperwork to the appropriate party her had nothing to say. All he could do was ask if he could call me back in the morning to assist me which he failed to do so yet again. The next day I c called back for supervisor, **** who was supposed to give me a call and she never did. They are very unprofessional, rude and have no compassion. I explained to them that I am without pay and then I cannot pay my mortgage or anything until they fill out the missing piece of the puzzle. While waiting on hold for supervisor again today, **** picked up the phone and asked why cant the new company just fill it out as if I never went to Concentra in the first place. They are the people that saw me on the date of injury for two months until I went to a new provider. Also, the new provider cannot fill out paperwork for someone else that saw me at a different company. This location lacks customer service skills, professionalism, and plain human empathy.Location: **************************************************************************************

  I recently received my certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant from my college located in ******* *******. While doing a search for externships i came across Concentra. Their website stated that if you are fresh out of college and looking to gain the experience needed to start your career, consider their externship program. I looked through their job posting and saw they had positions open in ******* and ***********************. I applied via Indeed and on their website. My definition of an externship is pretty close to what the website said but I thought it was an unpaid position for training. I did my clinical and was completing my externship at a cardiologist office associated with Community Healthcare. Let me make this clear, at the writing of this complaint I am done with my externship. Externship is the word the company used At the time I applied I needed 27 hours I did in 3 days. I applied on Indeed and the website i attached my NHA, CPR, AED, First Aid certifications and my resume/cover letter. After not hearing anything I spoke to the **** location who told me that they dont do externships because they dont have a contract with my school. That statement proves that her definition and mind are the same and they contradict whats on the websiteI never received a return call nor email from the ******* location. I checked Indeed and saw almost two weeks later that the positions were still available. The website needs to be updated to give simplified definitions of externships and its process. **************** reps need to be able to answer questions. Nothing on the website said a contract with a college was necessary for the externship. There is a disconnect somewhere and its unprofessional to have us follow your instructions and still not hear from management. Your reps encouraged me to to call. They gave me the names and numbers. Your company was my first choice and you let me down. I just wanted a job to support my family. They let me down.

  When I walked into Concentra ***** greeted me immediately she took my information and got me started right away with the check in process she was great. She was fantastic and ******. The medical assistant was a very personable woman. She was very nice and Ive seen her twice since *** came in the first time, and she is absolutely personable and professional and all she does she communicates well and met all my needs until I was able to see ***** the doctor.

  Today, I had an awesome customer experience from Tajah and Fin!! Very friendly, respectful, very knowledgeable and an overall welcoming feeling. In the health industry, we as customers/patients look forward to this type of excellence especially when involving one's health. I want to give ***** an extra thanks for the extraordinary experience. I would recommend anyone to experience this high level of expertise at Concentra in in ********, **!!! Way to go!
