      ****** is awesome! She was patient and kind and pleasant to work with to renew my coverage.Ive honestly never had a bad experience when I call customer service with **********************. Its almost debilitating for me to make phone calls and they have helped me through every time and explain anything that I dont fully understand.

      Dorian was exceptional. It's common knowledge that even the most straightforward tasks can become excessively tedious and complicated. However, Dorian was efficient, meticulous, and had a positive demeanor. He promptly helped me get settled and consistently ensured that all my queries were addressed to my satisfaction. The only thing that I did not like was the silent hold while I waited for Dorian. I don't mind a silent hold, but at least let mw know prior to just putting me on a silent hold.
