      Absolutely horrible. I almost died from bacterial meningitis. Was in a coma for days, they had to shake me awake to ask if I wanted to be resuscitated every day. Needed a pic line put in directly in my chest for the antibiotic to work. Was in the hospital for 16 days, then sent to rehab. And yet my insurance did not think it was worth paying anything for.

      Had an excellent discussion with Dorian today. My wife and I have been on a medical plan together but now that I am turning 65 I am jumping off the plan. Dorian helped me exit the plan and start a new plan for just my wife until she hits 65. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and actually a delight to speak with.
      One recommendation I would have for anyone signing up as a couple and where their individual time frames for needed coverage is different, is to have whoever needs to stay on the plan the longest be the primary insured. It will make it easier once the person leaving first jumps off of the policy.

      Dorian was excellent. Everyone knows how even the simplest of tasks can become dreadfully long and over complicated. However, Dorian was quick, thorough, and had a good attitude about him. He got me situated in no time and always made sure my questions were answered until I was content.
