  I think I paid 234$a month for nothing, I went to urgent care and they told me they pay for urgent visits, now I'm trying to get the bill paid that is now way past due and no one ever answers the phone for the claims department. I could have just paid the clinic and not have gave my hard earned money to this company. What a waste!

  I agree with my payment plan, even without health insurance for a short time? Joppa Health group wanted less the payment of what Strata ins had been ************** Limited on things I need, such as Insulin and other diabetic supplies? Prescription insurance is nice!!

  When I first signed up with this company everything was perfect and it had the coverage I needed for my family. When I received my insurance cards my name and daughter's name was spelled wrong so I called to have it fixed. That's when they told me the insurance wasn't for my family. Right on the insurance card it says family so I was confused. The lady I talked to was confused so she had to transfer me to someone higher up on the food chain. That's when I should have canceled. This is not insurance it is a scam and trying to get a hold of anyone is like pulling teeth. For your sanity go somewhere else.

  Spoke with the Supervisor and she was very helpful and explained the policy in detail and made the nesscary adjustments needed. I was very pleased with the company.

  Strata Health Group is probably the most unethical company that I've ever dealt with in my 60 years of life. I was directed to them through the Obamacare Marketplace, by a very deceitful representative who **** the praises of Strata as a great alternative to traditional insurance. He said only three things weren't covered: mental health, pregnancy, and addiction. He said everything else was covered 100%. it sounded great, so I signed my family up. After receiving my "welcome packet" I discovered that there are actually about 20 things that they don't cover at all, including cancer treatment. My wife had had breast cancer 4 years earlier, so this was pretty distressing news. None of my calls to the Marketplace were returned. I had to drop my wife from the plan and find additional coverage for her elsewhere. But this was only the beginning of the Strata nightmare. The worst part was that I couldn't find a doctor or clinic within 50 miles of me that took their plan. So it was essentially worthless coverage. At that point, I was just keeping it so that I wouldn't get penalized on my taxes. And sometime last year I discovered that they only reimburse patients for about 15% of their bills. After a few heated phone calls with them concerning their rip-offs, they cancelled me. I actually didn't care as I'd just found coverage with a real insurance company (that I'd had before), not a scam outfit like Strata. My advice to anyone out there who is looking for affordable health care coverage is to look somewhere other than with Strata, or Adroit (their parent company.) They're total rip-offs!
