      Androit, ***, Strata, whomever you want to call them are HORRIBLE! stay far away from them, as they do nothing but misinform, lie and try to confuse you.

      Lies! Total scam. They will lie to you to get you to sign up. When you try and cancel the policy they still up in an endless loop of call transfer. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

      I was helped by "*****" who was very courteous and friendly. She also was very knowledgeable about the product and navigated with me patiently and gracefully. I appreciate her gentleness and ability to handle all my concerns.

      The non-existing customer service is a joke. This company is HORRIBLE !!!! I would not give this one star but I had NO 0 to choose. Would never recommend this company to anyone! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

      After I tried calling for 4x attempsthe whole day m, a polite & courteously voice finally answered my call. She was ********** " ***** " .. ... she asked me directly & responded to my concerns about my membership account to be updated & my monthly bill payment. I even requested for my membership number & an ID card to be mailed to my home address. And she did. I appreciate her pleasantly for being direct & attention. I'll give her a rating of 9 out of 10 with my customer service experience. Thanks again ! !

      This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I am to the point where I will be contacting someone to report possible fraud. I've been trying to get answers regarding claims that get no response or the response is that my coverage has been terminated. I pay a premium every month and out of pocket for all office visits and tests. What is the point in having health insurance? Considering the time I have spent on hold with no help or answers to show for it, I would give a rating of zero stars if it were an available option. Hoping I don't have to go the fraud route.
