      ****** helped me cancel my monthly premiums with Strata Health Group. I've been very unhappy this past year with this group not paying my colonoscopy claims that I had done in January, therefore paying a lot out of pocket, all but hospital bill. So from January and resending several times the bills that were due, just heard from them in November that they finally acknowledge me. I of course will not be signing on for another year if they can't pay the bills for even preventative testing. I also had to pay for my own wellness physical. I'm hoping they will still come through for me. I'm sure glad I'm a healthy person.

      ****** sold me on what I thought was a great medical plan. After payment for this plan I received an email with a pdf of the coverage. WHAT! the #%@&. The plan was nothing like what the sales agent had told me I was going to receive for coverage. I called several time's to the customer service **** and was keept on hold for ever. After getting someone on the line I explained what had happened and why I was canceling my policy. Again I felt push back on my request. I was told that someone would be calling me with in 24 to 72 hours to process my request and refund my money. Well, 72 hours later no phone call, I called back and asked what was going on with my refund of money's paid for canceled policy. I was told to wait for 5 days for conformation email and then with in 14 working days I should receive my refund. Now it only took 30 seconds to take my money, why so long to get it back ? It's no wonder this company is not " BBB accredited" I will never trust this company again.
