  Crocked scammers I enrolled in a health plan and then changed my mind the same day The law states I was still in the timeline for a refund and didn't get it when I went to cancel and ask for a refund they denied me

  There was no option for NO STARS, so I had to leave a one star. This was the most terrible health coverage plan, I regret completely that I ever signed up for it. Before selecting it, I went through all of my doctors with the agent and was told that all of my doctors were in the plan and accepted this insurance. None of my doctors ended up on the plan, and I had to pay out of pocket for all medical related expenses. When I called to cancel, the agent on the phone told me that you have to nominate your doctors, they are not automatically on the plan. Also the agent laughed at me on the phone asking how I afforded to pay the monthly fee if I was in financial hardship, as if that was something of their business or if it was worth laughing at me about. It was very unprofessional, and cancelling the coverage was very difficult with the agent, they made it a very unpleasant experience. This agency is not being open and honest to their clients and I hope no-one else has to go through the torment I went through today.

  Beware! I was scammed and gaslighted for months ! Their portal doesn't work and very user unfriendly, their agents will transfer you endlessly and get angry at you for trying to get customer service. When I tried to cancel ; they lied to me one day and said I canceled and then sent me an email congratulating me on keeping my plan active. When I call to complain the Rep named ***** called me irate for telling him I must have my plan canceled. The staff there are master manipulators. I was promised that One Medical Group would take this plan and almost any PPO provider as well. Every provider I spoke with didn't have any clue what this "plan" was. I was never able to get any prescription coverage and had to end up going to a free clinic while i paid $444 a month for this joke plan The non existing customer service is a joke. The only reason I kept it was I couldn't switch Insurance until open enrollment. Stay away. This will frustrate you and you will not be able to access health care guaranteed! This company is HORRIBLE !!!!

  Nicest people to deal with . Always helpful. The plan only covered dr visits and hospilazation but we only qualified for certain benefits cost wise . I wish our country had universal health care been so hard since pandemic but was grateful to have this from 2021 . Thank you all ***** for great customer service every time .

  They were dishonest with me. I enrolled in a health plan and then changed my mind a few days later. When I called back they were rude and manipulative and refused to cancel until after 30 mins on the phone I pushed back. After waiting 30 days the cancellation was not processed. I had to call back and deal with them again. I will have to wait again to see if I got results this time.
