      I had the pleasure of speaking with 2 of the most pleasant and professional women today. ****************** and **************** These 2 gals made my day, not to mention my time on the phone was not hideous like it usually is when I talk with Corporate Businesses! I thank goodness they are very knowledgeable about their jobs and both ladies answered my concerns with the utmost respect and understanding. Thank you ******* and ******, the world needs more of you answering phone calls from normal citizens like myself!
