      Was advised that this was insurance when it is indeed not, just had a baby and was not aware that this was not insurance now I am left with thousands to cover out of pocket bring a single mom I thought I was getting a good deal when in fact I was not

      Do not purchase anything from them. They are fraud. **************** is horrible. No one knows anyone. The agents are fraud. They all are frauds. Save your money and find a legit insurance coverage. We have gone to ************ ER and pharmacy all within the network and neither stated they accept the insurance or never heard of it. Don't get scammed as we did.

      Let me tell you this SCAM ALERT, and I am going to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General. First the ad is deceptive. Second, they claim they are unable to send a policy to review BEFORE you sign the policy from your cell phone. Third the price you are quoted is one thing, then you find out during the verification process you have to include a $50 one time fee then a $75 a month membership fee. I told them I did not have my primary card on me at the time. I gave them a placeholder card (secondary) then when I called to give them the primary, they change the policyfor a higher membership fee ran my card even though I had arranged for a future date. When they could not get the payment to process (which they agreed not to, they attempted to process the payment on my secondary card which they assured me they had deleted. I emailed them back and told them to cancel my application. This morning my credit union alerted me there was an attempt to process a payment and to respond yes or no to if I authorized the payment. Of course I responded by telling them NO, it was in fact an unauthorized charge. I am ok with the temporary lock on my secondary card. This knowingly and willful unethical and illegal behavior will be reported!

Please be advised that all sales are conducted by third-party contractors who generally (although not always) sell products for multiple agencies such as ours. However, our expectation is that all prospective customers are provided truthful and complete information concerning the products and their costs, and we depend on the sales agents to ensure you thoroughly understand what you are purchasing. To the extent this was not your experience, we sincerely apologize. However, we respectfully disagree with your assertion that you were scammed or unaware of the charges that would be incurred with regards to your account as all charges are clearly spelled out in the enrollment agreement that you received and executed prior to the commencement of your account.

      Nevertheless, I have reviewed your account and confirmed that the you requested the account to be cancelled on October 25, 2022, and it was in fact cancelled on that date. Ordinarily, we would extend a refund under these circumstances, but our records indicate that no charge went through on your credit card. However, if you encounter any further problems, please feel free to contact my office at [email protected].

      What a scam! Not only twice was I told this was through the ******** marketplace it is not insurance. Twice I had to call them to get a doctors list to find a Doctor Who would except this insurance. Most told me they've never heard of it let alone know they do not except it. Six months to find a doctor. And then they wouldn't take my co-pay because they were very uncomfortable with what this insurance would actually pay. Again what a scam exclamation exclamation you will be lied to just so they can get you to sign now
