      Greeting all , I just want to take a few minutes to tell you my experience with Mrs Sarah D****** , I have had customer service before in my olden days , when customers service was part of your uniform. But I gave up on hopes of that kind of customer service to be honest , till I had the pleasure and honor to speak and deal with Mrs Sarah D****** , let me say this fir the rest of the word to hear ... not only she made my day but she most importantly gave me a reason to hope and believe again in the goodness of people... I might exaggerate a bit about hoping to find someone like her but ...I have faith and knowing that at least there is one Sarah D****** ... it's a breath of fresh air that we desperately need right now as humans and hold on to that little stretch of thread .. that may be just May be will lead us to spread that awesomeness and contagion that Sarah has ... in other words ... she was fantastic at every level..
      So thank you for being patient with me and thank you for walking with me thru a process that most people don't take the time to even consider... I would add to say GOD BLESS YOU , but you are already blessed ...
