      Strata health group was a complete waste of money. I went to the doctor twice and they paid a small fraction of the bill and left me with a 800 dollar balance out of $950 dollars. Then I canceled the service and they continued to charge me. They have multiple negative reviews. As a 22yr military veteran. this is the worst thing I ever signed up for.

      Good customer service, but if you have this ********************** avoid going to Doctors, you won't be able to afford what isn't covered.

      **************** Representative ****** was extremely nice, well mannered, and respectful. She had a nice sense of humor while staying completely professional. I also liked the fact that she did not talk over me. She is definitely a good representative of her company. In regards to the service today I give this company a 5 star rating.

      **************** was very professional she was very nice and went out of her way to help me to get a new insurance policy . she even went in and looked up the medication I am on and told me how much it will cost me to purchase till my insurance kick in 90 days . she is a great asset to your company

      ************ lied to me to get a sale. He said all my dr were in network. They were NOT. I have been dealing with dr ***** at full price for over a year now. No one ever gets back to me. I have sent in the claims only to be ignored. Your mammogram won't be covered!! The dr have also sent in claims only to be ignored. I would not even give them 1 star if I could. I filed with the state insurance agency as well. He spent a long time convincing me everything will be fine and covered. That was another lie to get a sale from a greedy insurance company. You will never get anyone on the phone. You can email but only to get a automated reply back and no follow up. This has been going on for so long that I felt the need to warm people about this. Stay away from these plans, its not worth the $1400 premium plus dr ***** a full price!!
