      Horrible experience. On August 14 we went to the six Flag in ************** ********. My son drive the Go Cart and left his air pods in it. He immediately went back to get the air-pod and was told by the attendee that she did not see the air-pod. Has we walked away Someone at the Go Cart waiting alert us that the attendee did pick up the air pod. That is when we asked again and was told that she had to do a sweep of the area and at 11 pm we had to go lost and found and inquire about the air pod. We asked her again if she had found the air pod and she continue by saying that the policy is to go to the lost and found. That is when we asked to speak to her supervisor.Upon waiting for her supervisor she became loud and impulsive stating that she is the supervisor at the post and the policy is the policy. The supervisor came and situation was explained that we lost the silos and was asking about it. The supervisor restate the policy saying that they will do a sweep and we can go to lost and found. Immediately we explained that the air pod was in the presence of the staff but she denied having the air pod. He retrieved the air pod and immediately took it to lost and found and advice is to fill out the lost and found form on line and go and collect the air pod.We stood there filling out the form and was verbally attacked by a second attendee at the Go Cart ride. Security was called. See my concern is was we really going to get the air pod if someone had not alert us that the Go Cart attendee intact retrieved the item.

      My family and I went to Sixflags Hurricane Harbor at Arlington, Texas. On 08/06/22. We were discriminated by the one of the employees there. She refused to provide us service just because she listened to others voices without even hearing me out, it was race preference/favoritism. My mom and I were going to buy two ice creams for my two little brothers, only that. There are two lines, I stood on one and my mom stood on the other. lucky for me I was in the fastest lane. Like my mom only speaks Spanish I told her to join mine, since I was already in the front, on either lane I was going to ordered it to her. She gave me the cash and Next thing you know, the guy behind me who was African American keeps insulting me and becoming aggressively with me, telling me I cut the line and I am making more people join me. As much I tried to explain that she was my mom and those are my brothers, and that I was going to get two simple ice creams, he kept on going, let my family cut and see if you like it that would only be fair. Then this white lady inteferes and her kids as well that I cant be doing that, it was none of her bussiness at all. Anyways, I wasnt going to give them an explanation at all, I wasnt going to lowered myself over some ice cream and not fight in front of my family. Anyways, I thought that the employee was going to fix this because I was never in state of wrong. Once, I was in the the front. The guy behind yells out again, that I am letting people cut. The girl refuses my service first due to having cash that they dont accept it, I was like no problem I have a card. Once she could take my order, Her words YOU HAVE TO LEAVE, I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE YOUR ORDER, YOU HAVE TO LEAVE. I just told her I was already here. Are you serious? I never did cut the line, and neither did my mom, she is with me. Her only response was, "YOU HAVE TO STEP OUT", and that's it, end of story. I never expected this outcome. She belittle my voice than the others.

      Horrible experience! On top of the ridiculous admission price, now you have to pay an extra fee just to get into hurricane harbor-the water park. This is new, since there was never an extra fee before. I was sitting in a chair in the water park, and a park attendant asked me if I had a bracelet. I looked at her confused & asked what bracelet? Apparently I needed to pay yet another fee just to sit in a particular chair. Mind you it was not busy at all, this was mid-************ were many available chairs. Im absolutely disappointed!

      Their customer service is absolutely awful!! I bought tickets on line and due to a system glitch, the dates on a portion of my order were wrong. **** are impossible to contact and when you finally get someone on chat, all you get are negative comments and apologies for your bad luck. They want you to repurchase chase your order and then wait on the outcome of a ticket. They said no refunds but I never asked for a refined only for a date correction. She referred me to their phone line which no one ever answered or returns a call. So because of a system glitch I am out $220. The only recourse is to repurchase including another processing fee and hope that I get a favorable outcome on a ticket. Sounds like a scam and an absolutely horrible way to do business and treat your customers! Buyer beware as they punish you for their errors and things outside of your control . 8 hrs at the park will now cost $550 before gas and food/drinks. A little outside my budget . $$300 plus was a lot!

      My family visited Six Flags *********** on 8/3/2022. My exhusband and I have season passes, but we had to buy two day passes for our granddaughter and her boyfriend. We were sent to the appropriate place to buy day passes, and the girl said we should order them online, so at 6:10 pm in front of the employee, I went on my phone and ordered 2 day passes in the total amount of $83.97. The four of us then checked in with 2 season passes and 2 day passes. We walked down to the Riddler Revenge to rent a locker and ride the ride. The employee at the lockers said, "It's a two hour rental, but we are closing in 30 minutes. Infuriated that no one said anything to us upon entry regarding closing at 7 pm, we walked back to guest services where we asked for a refund on the day passes only, The woman at guest services, ****, gave ** a sales force complaint # of ******** and suggested I contact six flags on the website. I sent three emails explaining exactly what happened and requested a phone call. I also filed a complaint with paypal. The next day I received an email from someone named ******* stating that they could not refund us on a season pass. I responded, "please read my complaint in its entirety as I did not request a refund on the season passes but a refund for $83.97 on the two day passes purchased after 6 pm." I have since sent two more emails (because no one answers the phones there). The emails restated my complaint and refund request along with a request for a phone call. I have not been refunded and I have not received any of the three requested phone calls. I see this as poor management and poor customer service.

      The cash-to-card system is a SCAM. When visiting Hurricane Harbor Valencia I used the cash-to-card machine per Six Flag's request. I put an initial amount of $15 on the card. I realized I would need more than $15 for what I needed to purchase. I had to create ANOTHER card because they are not re-loadable. So, I had two cards one with $15 and another with $10, enough for my purchase with a few dollars left over. I assumed I would be able to use whatever remained towards another purchase in the future. Little did I know that they DON'T ACCEPT PAYMENTS WITH MORE THAN ONE CARD. Any cards. Yep. So whether you have one of those pre-paid debits or a credit card you have to cover the entire purchase with just the one card. There is no way for you to use the balance on your pre-paid card and then cover the remainder on a credit card....and they definitely don't let you use two prepaid to cover your transaction.This is a scam to rob people blind. Park attendees must take a guess as to how much money they will spend during their visit. If they put anything over the EXACT amount they need on the card, they eat any remaining funds. There is no way to access any remaining money left on the card if it less than the amount of the transaction. And in my case I am now stuck losing the money I put on those two cards. Or purchasing two items that cost LESS than my card balance. And again, whatever remains on the card is a loss to the guest attendee......this is a total scam.

      I will never go to six flags again i bought a season combo pass never used it and they made false allegations stating that i used it but i never did i paid $72 dollars for something that i didn't even get to enjoy and no one wanted to help me or even offered a solution

      We went to the park on 7/16 and it was raining most of the visit so the park was mostly closed. When the park rides opened, everything was extremely too crowded we basically ate, got in the lazy river and were able to ride ONE RIDE! It took 2 hours to get on that ride and there are 6 of us! We will not be going there again we basically purchased a season pass to ride one ride and eat some wings. It was extremely disappointing.... We are a family of 6 (parents with 4 children).We purchased the summer passes on 6/5 and used it only that 1 time on 7/16 and got on 1 ride.... we will not be going again and contacted customer relations and they denied a refund. I told them how terrible our visit was and they we basically paid $300 for ONE RIDE and are not happy to even try to go again. I would love is someone can help with this and issue a refund as I am not going to let this go. I would expect a park like this will deal with their customers in a better way and make sure they are happy.

      Hurricane Harbor in ******, ** is currently promoting a buy two get one free with tickets in July 2022 being $29.99 each. One of the days, July 27, is the only day on their online ticket sale system that is showing tickets at $34.99. I called their National Support office to get the tickets for that specific date at the promotional price and the lady said that was not correct that ticket prices change per day and that was not what they were offering. She said that it was an example of the promotion. I have proof of the promotion and asked the lady to check their website so she could see for herself. She decided not to deal with the matter and hung up on me instead. They should not offer a promotion if they do not intend to make good on it.

      If I could have left 0 stars I would have. My problems first started because they have a buy 2 tickets get 1 free. The website was completely unclear and we assumed buying 4 tickets one of the tickets would drop off. Nope. Its a completely backwards website. Then we get to the park after paying FULL price for all 4 tickets, pay 25$ for parking, 25$ for a locker and half the parks attractions are not running and half the food places were closed. No waves in the WAVE pool. I finally got half my ticket price back however i feel like paying the 200$ i did even after the refund doesnt really cover the disappointment my kids faced. This place is dirty, broken and run by teenagers. I had higher hopes for Arizonas largest waterpark.
