I ordered 2 orders of candles, 8 candles from this company. When I realized that they sell my information I immediately asked for my money back and to cancel the orders. They ignored me. I received them. I continued to try to make contact. After I received the box, I again contacted them. I said I would return it unopened. Now they are refusing to refund my money a d I returned the candles. I never opened the box. I returned them in under the 10 days as per their own rules. I asked repeatedly if it should be sent to another facility. They refused to answer. I took it to **** and returned it as refused. I want my money back. I do not want the product. I don't want my information sold, traded, or given away. I get 80 *********** calls a day. Im trying to stop it not cause it. Please get my money refunded. Thank youInitial Complaint

The purchase was made on 01/17/25. Order number ******. I paid $48.90. I was promised one California wildfire support candle and a free polished cut diamond. I was sent a box containing said candle and an order receipt. When communicating with the company they said it was attached to the order sheet, but when I told them to look at the photo because nothing is attached. The only reply given was "yes it was". They offered a promotional gift to sell their product and are refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. This could also be a scam they use to sell more products. I want a replacement of my free promotional gift and an apology for the inconvenience.Initial Complaint

End of January 2025 order number ****** keep on getting emails apologying for delay in shipping because of a lot of orders, tried to call several times goes right to voicemail with no call backs EVER. PAID $39.00 for candle. Another order ****** a few days ago paid $34.90. Nothing yet with this order. And ****** order yesterday and the order has already shipped out, will arrive on FEB. 18. This one $49.00. I want a guarantee that Im gonna get my merchandise very soon which a lot of people are complaining that it takes several weeks after the so-called 1 to4 day delivery that theyre getting their merchandise. Then I came to find out in one of the emails I read or the reviews if youwanna get technical saying that they are lab created diamonds not *** certified diamonds and it says right on the candle itself genuine *** certified diamonds theres a big difference between certified diamonds, real, and lab created diamonds. All I want is closure and I want my merchandise whether it be real diamonds or lab created diamonds I can still put it into earringsor a pendant. Thank you for your time.Initial Complaint

In Dec. 2024, I ordered 4 items from the company using a promotional advertisement (candles w a diamond in each) of buy 4 and receive a 5th separate diamond free. On December 14, 2024 I placed an order from ForeverWick Candle *** for $43.90. On Dec 23, 2024 I contacted the company's support email address requesting a cancellation of my order because it had not yet shipped and would not arrive in time for my needs (this time frame complies with their return policy, so I expected no issue). By Dec 30, 2024 I was never contacted confirming my cancellation, so I emailed again seeking help. On Jan ****** a representative replied to my assuring my my order would be shipped soon. I immediately responded (2 minutes later) stating I would still like to cancel my order and collect a refund.On Jan 14, 2025 I received a response from support apologizing because the order had been delivered and "per our policy, once an order has been marked as delivered, we do not process replacements or refunds". I replied a little over an hour later explaining that I request a cancellation/refund before multiple times before the order ********** has been over a month since I requested a refund.Initial Complaint

On Dec 27 of 2024. I ordered from Forever ******** They have told me time and time again. My order has shipped. Only a lable has been created. No product is encountered to my residence. I have contacted the company numerous times. All i get is the same response. My order has been shipped. No it has not when you look at tracking number. Only a lable was created. On 12.7.24 I placed an order for 2 candles. On 12.11.24 it was acknowledged in an email. 12.31.24 I requested status as I had not received an email with shipping info. 1.3.25 I requested status again as I had not received a response. 1.4.25 I requested a refund. No response. 1.12.25 i requested refund again. No response.
