      I had a package from forever wick package that stated it was delivered. I was home and in my living room the entire time but nothing was at my door. I went to the front of the building and I was told by my neighbor that ***** put all of the tenants packages outside of the building door, which should have NEVER been done . My neighbor stated by the time he could find someone in the rental office to get the packages that ***** POORLY delivered, they were gone from the door . I contacted ***** and then forever wick and gave them the claim number that ***** provided for the claim I placed . Here it is months later and neither Forverwick or ***** have yet to resolve the issue . I contacted ********** and they basically told me theres nothing they can do because they havent heard back from ******* My situation isnt a priority and as a customer I feel as though that completely unacceptable. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR A PACKAGE I DIDNT RECEIVE!!!!!

      I placed 2 orders 11 days ago. It's website says that during peak season it should only take 5 days to ship. None have. 1 order had a label created on the 8th and still has shipped. The other has a label created on the 10th and then canceled the same day. They responded to 1 email and now won't respond at all. And if I cancel they want to charge 10 per order to restock the orders they never sent and now won't arrive on time for my wife.

      I ordered the candles two weeks ago label was created and items never sent. Contacted support and the link is invalid. Feel like this company is a scam.

      On 12/10/2022 I ordered online from Forever Wick Candle. Order #****** in amount of $138.90. Received Fed Ex info: ************ and order was never received but Fed Ex showed otherwise: *************************************************************************************. Notified vendor on 1/13/23. Ordered 5 candles and only received 3 candles on 1/20/23. 2 of the 3 candles were broken. Sent pictures of the **** delivery tag, broken candles, and vendor is refusing to refund for the 2 missing candles and 2 broken candles. Vendor keeps asking for pictures and stated that **** was the delivery not fed ex. Email and pictures attached.

      I purchased two gift sets for Christmas at $247.00 and some change. They sent me only 4 candles. These candles priced out was about 150 dollars and I'm fighting with them to fulfill the rest of my order or refund me my money. I was also told I would be receiving a free diamond for the delay on my order, there was no diamond in there. So I assumed that I was the extra candle, which apparently it is not. I'm just frustrated with this company, I want them to give me my money back. I can send you the 12 emails between myself and the company as well if that will help with information.

      I ordered 2candles on Dec 9th being promised I would receive it by Dec 15. The ordered was not fulfilled and after contacting them several times, they said they issued a refund on Dec 21. I contacted my bank on Dec 26 and was told they never received a refund. Forever wick said it was completed on the 21 and my bank was holding it. I contacted my bank again and they do not hold refunds, they release them immediately. When I sent the company my screenshot of my banks policy they have stopped all communication with me.

      I ordered several items from this company of which none of them came. It was a couple hundred dollars. I ordered it about three weeks ago or so Ill have to check my bank statement for the exact date and monetary amount. Ive gotten no replies from the company Ive sent them emails. Im very irritated and frustrated as these are or were gonna be Christmas presents for family members. I would like either the products I ordered or a full refund and an apology for my family that didnt get a Christmas gift from me thanks to this company.

      I ordered Christmas present for my fianc on December 5th. I receeved a confirmation on my order and the money was deducted from my account in in amount of ******. There has **** no follow up, no answer to my emails and the comoany doesn't have any phone number to contact. The order number was ******. Inunder stand the time of year, however, now it seems that they have stolen my money without actually sending what I ordered in good faith. Since I also work for Amazon and see their products on our site. I have also contacted our ethics site to pull theor products.

      I came across this company on an ad on ********* Looked at their ******** shop and made a purchase of a "mystery box" of 4 different scented diamond candles, plus my order came with a free diamond. My purchase totaled $118.95 ($109.00 for the candles, $9.95 for shipping). I had this purchase shipped to my business because it was planned to be a Christmas gift. Well according to ***** they said this order was delivered on 11/27 at the business at 10 am. Well the package was not there. I checked all around the building. I talked to the ***** delivery driver on Monday and he said he didn't have a delivery to our location on sunday. The tracking number said it was a smartpost package, therefore it usually would go through the ***** I got ahold of the **** and they did not have that tracking number in their system. I contacted ForeverWick customer service on tuesday 11/29/22 about the issue and they said they would check with *****. I kept checking back with them about the status and they said they didn't have a reply from *****. Well then I didn't get anymore replies from them. According to their website on lost or stolen packages: ***************************Lost or Stolen Packages - If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the loss to us within 5 days of receiving your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.***********************I would expect that since I have not received anything from them that they would replace the order. Apparently that is wishful thinking.

      I purchased three candles from this company on 11/4/22 for the amount of $102.73. I received a tracking number and followed it til the day the package was to be delivered. On that day I stayed home all day to receive my package but the package never arrived even though the tracking information said it was delivered. I contacted the customer service department and reported that my package was showing to be delivered but was not delivered. They emailed me back saying quote "We're sorry to know that your package hasn't arrived yet upon further checking of the tracking number is shows that your package was successfully delivered on November 11, 2022. Have you checked to see if it was delivered to your neighbors door by mistake? or have you contacted your local post office? Signed stay safe Marry" unquote. They also sent an attachment on the tracking information and it says that the package was delivered to a parcel locker but doesn't say what locker or where the locker is located.
