      I ordered a candle 12/20/24 and its 01/06/25 and I have not heard a thing about when I will be receiving the candle. I just keep receiving emails about buying more stuff from them. I have never waited this long to receive a tracking number from a company. Obviously something is wrong. No one has responded to any email I have sent to them either. I have told them I want to cancel my order now since this is just too long to wait for something & after reading the other reviews on here my assumption of them is correct. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

      I ordered a candle on 12/19/24 it was a gift for my mom but I didnt care if we received it by Christmas I knew it was too close to the date. Here we are January 3rd and I have yet to receive an email with shipping information. Ive emailed them twice and havent received a response. Although it only cost under $30, it still would be nice to get some form of communication from them.

      If there was an option for no stars, I would give No stars - Long shipping, took a month Incredibly small candles, nothing like the pictures The smell doesnt fill the room at all Diamonds are barely a chip I wanted to cancel but they magically were able send out my order that day. Do Not Order From Them You would do better to put your money into Yankee Candle

      I ordered a candle from them and heard nothing then suddenly they are closed. I want my money back. I left a 1star rating because i couldnt leave a zero star rating.

      I received a gift certificate from a company called Nifty, which I can't find online, for $40.00 and since my friends birthday was coming up, thought I would get her a candle. The candle came later then they claimed it would, it was partially melted, and I missed her birthday. That was in *************.Then, I get a charge for $50.00 on my debit card??? So I check it out and find out that this company enrolled me in their *************** which involves a candle a month for $50.00. Personally, I can't afford a $50.00 candle. The company is Forever Candles based out of ******, **. This has to be one of the worst nightmares trying to back out of this program. Multiple email messages to them and I still can't get them to cancel "my subscription" to this ************** Now, they want me to cancel using this particular site and I can't sign in because I never signed up to begin with.THIS IS A SCAM, and I want people to know about it.FORVER CANDLES... be very leery of this company.

      This is a joke of a company. I ordered before Christmas and still have not received a shipping tracking number. They have NOT been responsive of my emails which makes me believe that this is a **** scam. They really do not have customer service if you ask me. Non responsive, seems to be their manner of operations for them in customer service. I would like a refund ASAP since I have to buy a Christmas present for my dear friend. How embarrassing telling my friend that the gift is not on its way, it has never even been packed. Let's not forget the "free" gift, at $30 coupon to some towel company where the towels are over $50. So, really, it is not "free" it is a coupon. *** I could do the marketing and it would be ****** better. Now, candles, are half price again. Good luck to whoever dares to order. (12/27/24)So, in short, ForeverWick Candle does not have a *************************** nor do they care about the consumer and it is very evident with the non-answer of email. Does not look like I am not the only consumer that is complaining either. Do not order from them if you are expecting great service!
