I cannot say enough positive things about Empower. Their goals of positive body image and building a healthier life while living life is one of the things I love the most about Empower. Their dedication and commitment to each and every member that is a part of Empower is truly impressive. Amazing team of coaches. At 42 years old, this program is the only one Ive remained consistent with and have seen great results. From the 1:1 coaching, group coaching calls and a library of resources, its the best investment Ive made!Empower Health & Fitness, LLC

I start on Monday but I want to acknowledge how awesome ****** Black was on our initial call to get me set up. She was so knowledgeable about all of the program and knew exactly what I needed and which coach to pair me with. I like the easy use of their App. I love my coach, she is easy going, knows when to help me by using humor and honest upfront explanations. The Empower process works! I've tried a lot of fitness programs. This is based on nutritionally sound science that has me feeling more energized as a 37 year old mom to an energetic toddler with a full-time job than I was before I became a mom. The training platforms and coaches are fantastic, and I feel like every aspect of my health is improving. This is healthy, long-lasting, and habit forming change. I've been with Empower for a year now, literally best decision I made! I researched a ton of other programs before joining. I choose Empower for a few reasons over the other programs I looked at. Empower offers a huge, wonderful support system/network, personalized programs, one-on-one coaching, monthly recipes, just to name a few of the benefits. My coach has been my biggest cheerleader supporter and is available to me 6 days a week. The progress I have seen in the past year is amazing! I am a fitness instructor and struggled with my macros, nutrition and being consistent. Empower has not only educated me but empowered me to take control of areas I was really struggling in. This program is designed for beginners to advanced athletes who need that extra help in areas they have issues. I cant tell you how pleased I am with Empower! After doing a lot of research and close to joining a couple other fitness companies, something was holding me back. It wasnt until I kept seeing ads for Empower, that I knew this was it and felt peace about it! Ive only been a member for 7 months but I can tell you that having such an amazing coach who truly cares and is your biggest cheerleader has been such a blessing!
