      Cannot get in touch with anyone, ever. Packages are not delivered in said window then they have to be rescheduled. I currently have a delivery from Amazon that was sent to the Fetch location and I have yet to receive a notification from Fetch that they have received it. Also, I am forced to pay for a service I didn't want in the first place. I already pay extra for Prime to get my packages earlier, now I am forced to either drive to the Fetch location to pick up my package or wait an extra day or two for Fetch to deliver it. A bad service I do not want or need, but am forced to have.

      Lost packages, friendly, ineffectual customer agents, non-responsive on lost ********************** complaints. This is not a company, it's a crime.

      Fetch received my package from **** Three days later they sent a message to me saying that they had disposed of MY package. They said it was due to the package leaking. However i knew this was impossible as it only contained t shirts. Unfortunately it was vintage t shirts from my deceased godmother that my uncle sent me. After a week long back in forth with fetch customer service in which they asked me numerous questions about the contents of the box, value of items, description of box, insurance value purchased through *** and much more. They decided to send me a check for $60. The actual value of the items being much more and the sentimental value and stress this caused was much more. Beware if you have anything of value being delivered to fetch!

      Like all the other reviews posted, Fetch is the worst service company I have ever used in my entire life. My apartment complex forced this service on us without notice. They claimed this would help with delivery time and experience and its the complete opposite. We have to pay $15/month and there is absolutely no consistency on delivery times. So if you pay for expedited shipping or have Amazon Prime, you can forget about getting same day delivery. When I have to schedule a delivery through the Fetch app my packages are never delivered on the scheduled time. And rarely do I receive any notice to reschedule my delivery. So Im left wondering whether my package was delivered, stolen, lost or not delivered at all. Recently Fetch lost an expensive package of mine and I received absolutely no help from them. Their online chat system is also a joke. Its just an autobot that creates a ticket for you and you can expect an email by a CSR about 72 hours later and they will provide absolutely help. I finally was able to track down a customer service number and speaking to CSR was even worse. I spoke to multiple people including people claiming to be supervisors and all they could tell me was they were looking into locating my package. When I asked for more information on their investigation and reimbursement process, no one could give me any information. When I asked for a call back to get an update on my package, I would get the same email response as before, they are looking into locating my package. I never received another call back even though I was promised one. After several days without a response I finally received an email from Fetch claiming to reimburse me for the lost package but I had to provide them with my banking information. I did not feel comfortable providing that information online so I asked them for a physical check. Their response was that they could provide me with an Amazon gift card instead. This company is HORRIBLE!!

      Absolutely terrible service. Adds days to regular deliveries. Would strongly ask *********************** in ******* to discontinue using this trash service.

      Incredibly horrible service. Fetch was initially OK, but last few months have been a nightmare. half the packages delivered to them don't show up in the system for a week or so. Their customer service does not respond. I currently have several email threads active trying to find my packages, with over 40 emails in them. They respond to one out of four at best.They told me that my package was misdelivered by Amazon, and I had to apply to amazon for a refund. Then they found it and scheduled it, on the 8th day after it was delivered. The account manager for our building, *************************** also does not respond to the emails or voicemails. My building has had to fire them to placate the residents.

      Every month there is an issue with my packages being delivered by fetch. The most recent hair pulling issue was they got my package and scheduled it for delivery and then I never got it that day. I emailed many times, texted a bunch, and called and it almost a week for them to get my package to me and two weeks to actually respond to one of my emails. It had over a months supply of my pets food and treats that we were low stock on so I had to reorder everything. When they finally reached out they gave me some ridiculous cookie cutter response and a $15 Amazon card. I had to spend an extra $65 to get my stuff that they lost and then refused to respond to my constant requests. Fetch is one of the most ridiculous non sensible companies who lose the very thing their paid to do. Apartment complexes please stop using them they make apartment living so stressful.

      Absolutely horrible costumer service- in fact, there is no good way to contact them without a robotic/scripted response in which they will endlessly "open an investigation" for packages they have not delivered/lost.They have lost/not delivered several packages of ours. Not sure how a "premium delivery service" loses/cannot deliver packages when that is the sole purpose of the company.There is a significant delay in delivery by at least 1-2 days from Amazon, which defeats the purpose of prime or any expedited shipping. It is worth taking the risk of having packages delivered directly to our apartment instead of it getting lost at the Fetch warehouse. Frustrating that this is required by our apartment building as it is a hefty fee for a service that is incompetent and doesn't even provide the service.. A complete scam and should not be allowed.

      FetchPackage, increasing theft issues, the perfect CRIME!This is how its done, an expensive items such as a laptop, sunglasses, or (insert expensive item here), the driver looks at the return address. Its delivered to the front door, and a picture is taken of both the package and door to prove, We Delivered it!Then the delivery driver text his buddy ********* and says you better get over to unit ****, I just dropped off an Apple Laptop, get it before the owner gets home. BillyBob enters the building probably using his buddys work shirt and steals the package. Dont worry, your $10 ************* mug wont get stolen, the thief has the benefit of choosing higher priced items. In my case, I ordered a new Apple laptop, with a specific delivery date. A week later Apple sends me an email stating my laptop was delivered several days earlier. I scrabble to the poorly designed Fetch iPhone app to STOP all deliveries. My only point of contact is a Chat Bot, no phone number or email! I send out 4 text messages over 3 days to stop all deliveries, all request go unanswered. I get an email with photo from Fetch, showing the laptop was delivered in front of my door, while on my business trip, I contact the front desk of my building to get the package and he states, it wasnt there. The quickness or organized theft!I then went home and filed a police report on the stolen laptop, the police officer commented, we rarely, if ever get stolen packages from this secured building. My response, You do, when dealing with internal theft.Fetch has a poorly designed app, that allows little to no contact with anyone at the company. Theres no email or phone, just a computerized chat bot, they like it this way, less people to hire. They dont care about customer service. They already closed on some big building contracts like Greystar. So the fewer employees the better the profits. The 28 year old CEO *************************** is an inept leader, that doesnt know how to run a company.

      This is the worst ************ ever been forced to use in my life. They Lost my package and I cant get ahold of anyone to get it taken care of.
