      In *********, ********, the lawn cutters did not finish the job, in fact, there was no proof that they finished the job and they still took $317 out of my account for removing leaves that they never touched. When I called to get some help, there was no help at all. They took my money and didnt do anything, but cut the yard, which is basically less than a $50 service. Do not trust this company. Period!

      After a storm I had several pine cones in my yard. When LawnStarter came to do my lawn they cut up the pine cones and did not pick them. I sent a text to the pro and was told lawn starter does not pay them to remove debris. These are pine cones that have been cut up, now the lawn is filled with more of them. I am already paying $60 for them to spend 15 minutes missing grass spots and not trimming everywhere! I will not recommend them to anyone else.

      LawnStarter service is criminal. They mowed our lawn and after the fact sent an email notification that they will charge an additional $65 for long grass. After notifying LawnStarter that I did not authorize a long grass charge they refused to refund this charge. I spent one hour on the phone with ******* who explained he could not do anything about it. This company is desperate for money and will do anything for money including trying to force its customers to pay for ******************** not authorized or requested. Stay away from this company. A complete nightmare.

      This company allowed their contractor to charge me $1800 for what, according to their own website, should have been a couple of hundred dollars worth of sod (less than 100 sq ft). I provided them photos of the work expecting them to make it right. They instead gave me a $167 refund. ************** trash customer support. Dishonest, disingenuous, disgusting. They simply do not care about treating their customers fairly even when directly confronted with a clear error in pricing.

      These are not "Pro" contractors. These are people who want a side hustle and also own a mower. I used them one time and am now locked into a contract where I am forced to relive my experience another 2 times before I can cancel. Two men showed up and they were friendly. They didnt say much other than should be about 45 minutes. They finished almost 2 hours later and left when they were finished. I went in the front yard to discover grass clippings all in the street and covering the sidewalks. Then I feared for my backyard and ******* fears were confirmed when I discovered my pool was now a swamp and my yard was blanketed in piles of grass clippings. They did blow off the patio, which was nice, but no blower is strong enough to remove the tires marks on the patio from their mower. I spent 3 hours that evening, well after dark, cleaning my pool and putting it back to the way it was before they came out. I scrubbed the tire marks the next day and paid another contractor to completely mow and bag my whole yard again and also fix all the uneven strips that were left behind from the pros. LawnStarter is now forcing me to have them come out twice more for $55+$15 bag fee ($70) each when the actual professionals I found afterwards are only charging $50 flat to do a perfect job in 1/3 the time. Please do not make the same mistake as I did by using LawnStarter. Its not about the money to me. If they said hey, its going to cost extra to bag because thats not included I would have said great thats totally fine. Any Pro would know you absolutely must bag the grass around a pool.. there is no way around it. I spoke to Customer ********************** about my issue and they didn't care. I don't want anything more than to be rid of this company for good.

      This company cancel service agreement with out notification. Then when reinstated- kept making promises to have lawn cut- now I have to pay a lot to cut lawn by different company- because I am not able to do it myself. I need to be compensated- this is LawnStarter fault.

      Besides the fact that the "pro" put off cutting the grass for days, when he did show up he spent almost 10 minutes mowing the entire front, sides and back yards. It wasn't trimmed at all, it was uneven with missed rows and very crooked. I called and was given excuses why this was okay for him to do. After talking to several people they agreed to have someone else come and fix it since then, the pro they chose has postponed for days and now he says he will pick a time that is convenient for him. They doubled the price quoted and my yard looks worse than it ever has. Poor customer **********************, poor lawn service, bad value!

      Actual mowing service was great but beware that dealing with the company is horrible. You cannot cancel easily and you have to talk through their stupid chat. Stay away!

      I created an account on the app, ( i live in a duplex) I needed service all the lawn, I made sure to state my needs and did the proper selections to make sure that all the property was going to be maw, on the day of service the third party provider came and started with the service but he was going to only service my side of the house and not the full property, I called customer ********************** and the gentleman that I spoke with told me that I was correct that the provider should continue mowing all the lawn and if he had any questions they can contact lawnstarters directly, I proceed to give the message to the provider, he finished the Job gave him his tip in cash that was on 07/09. Fast racking to today 06/12 O get an email that im going to be charged 63 dollars for a separate service that I acquired so I called customer **********************, explain the situation, they explain that I need to created another account ( im not willing to do that) and pay more for the other unit or to cancel the account, I decided to cancel, they transfer me to the customer relations team the agent says he will get back with me in an hour, he sends an email stating that the account was going to be canceled and a unauthorized charge was made to the account, I call back again and they refuse to give my money back.

      They pushed my grass cut 6 times. Customer ********************** would not contact contractor who was cutting the lawn. Never came out. Poor customer **********************.
