      These people are scam artist, as of August 4,2022 they billed didn't show up, send me ads at lower prices like $10, $19, yet keep billing me $51. , They suppose to came several times and show up ,yet billed me, public beware of these scam artist especially in ************* area , don't use them.

      While they request you make a 3 cut minimum, I wish I had not. Unlike the service though, I keep the promises I make. I originally called this company due to the fact I had hand surgery and another company I called could not make it out to do it in time. I was PROMISED by their customer ********************** that this company had enough ********** Pros" that would not be a problem and in the event a crew could not make it, I would be notified. The 1st time a crew failed to show (2nd cut) they waited until the last day (3 day period they can come to service your lawn... don't have any plans...) and set it up with a different crew without notifying me. That crew never made it and another new crew was assigned. They came out on the assigned date and serviced the yard. They did a really good job. The same crew was scheduled to come out 2 weeks later. It was scheduled to rain over the weekend when they were to come, so I sent a message to my crew to possibly come Thursday (on Monday or Tuesday). They agreed. Thursday came and went and no crew. Friday, I sent another message to the crew to ask about Thursday and the reply was "you were not on my schedule". I explained we had talked about it on Monday or Tuesday and go no reply. I was scheduled for August 20 - 22. I was notified they were on the way on Saturday, and their crew never showed. I left a message with LawnStarter about the crew not showing and how unhappy I was with their service. Tuesday, August 23, 2022, the crew that I had complained about not showing... was sent to my yard (was the same crew that did such a good job on the 2nd cut). I basically got a "grudge cut". They scalped part of my yard, left unmown grass in parts of it, did not trim around the bushes like they had before, and did not edge the driveway or sidewalks (included in service). I cancelled, they gave me a $15.00 credit so I can pay someone to fix their mistake or I can reinjure my hand.

      This Company is garbage and liars. I never got the service and was given the run around by their customer ********************** representatives .The providers never showed and canceled on me twice. The discount isn't worth it. Horrible ,Horrible experience anyone even the neighborhood kid would be able to give better service. Never deal with them again. BE AWARE!!!

      They started out of the gate on a bad foot with me. I began the process to get my lawn done and then I get a spam email, went to site to explain what I needed followed by a generic email with no specifics as to what I requested. Decided to 86 the request and look somewhere else. Lawnstarters..more like LawnWTF!

      I use this company for three lawn mowings I was charged double every time they mowed my lawn and had to fight every other week to get my money back then after I canceled service they continually charge me and I am still waiting to get $110 back from them the communication ***** and I have yet to even get a response from their customer ********************** I have reached out numerous times I like it as were looking into it I have sent them proof and statements that I have been charged so be careful if you go forward with LawnStarter because they also on a company named lawn care love and they will charge you through both companies

      I hired this company to mow a lawn of a spec house I built. I had a spec house open house and they never showed up as promised days before. Complained , then weeks later get a letter from ********* for a fine *** to unkept lawn. Texted my crew who said they would be right out and NEVER showed up. I wish I could upload a picture. They are horrible!

      This company is a total scam. My yard looked awful when they were finished. They didn't clean up and grass was all over the sidewalk and on cars that were parked on the street. This was a total mistake calling these people. Buyer please beware.

      We tried to use Lawn Starter for our lawn mowing and it was a nightmare! A crew did not show up on any of our first 4 appointments over the course of a week. We called after almost each time and the customer ********************** individual said crews that do this get dropped by them, they promised a credit on our account and said someone would be out in the next couple days, yet no one ever showed, called to offer a reason why, or to reschedule. We had to contact them each time. Rinse and repeat that ordeal 3 more times. On the third time we contacted them they said the mower had a personal issue that came up and would be out the next day. Shocker, no one ever showed. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever used, lacking any sort of communication with their clients and seemingly incapable of getting crews to a job site.I would STRONGLY recommend not using this company, save yourself the time and headache and choose someone else.

      This is a company is a total scam. They repeatedly marked the service as complete but never actually showed up. They sent fraudulent photos of completed jobs that werent even my property to get credit. Ive never been treated so poorly and been given the run around as much as with this service. I would NEVER use them again.
