      Scam toll to my 84 year old mother who was in the hospital in a different state on the date the toll was supposedly given. It's a SCAM!!!! They are harassing her with letters but will not send the picture of her going through the toll! They should have a ZERO rating!!!

      This company has no idea what they are doing. I had a citation that I paid on the 8th of April. Got a letter dated the 25th of April that a warrant would be issued for my arrest if I didn't pay it. When I tried to call the number on the letter, it was disconnected. When I looked online, I found two things, 1) they are complete and total idiots and 2) the number on the letter was wrong. Complete scam artists, and not very good onesa either.

      They sent a collection notice to my 13 year old son for tolls in the ****** area. The time of the tolls would have made him 7 years old. They told me I would have to prove it wasn't him or pay. They also asked to speak with my minor child as they couldn't give me information. The collection notice had a license plate number which wasn't mine so i insisted that they look up the registration. They refused saying they didn't have any of that information (that they sent to me in the collection notice). Upon a two minute hold, they asked if I or my son ever lived at the following address (which we did not). They sent it to my son because he has the same name as the person who the car was registered to just hoping someone would pay. This is highly unethical and dubious behavior probably bordering on illegal. I now need to check my 13 yo credit report to see if they put a collection claim on it.

      ******** that buy 3rd party debt without even checking if its a real debt. then send yellow pee color letters of warning lol. got some ** letter from them on none existent debt for the house that has been sold 2 years ago. never had any debt and that letter was a bull. I will be reporting them to the attorney general for fraud.

      Got a letter from them demanding $250 for a red light ticket that one of our employees may have generated in a work vehicle, however we called and asked to see the proof, as we never received any red light tickets or late fees, etc. They would not provide any proof and even admitted that they had sent the "ticket" to the wrong address. Then, they asked how we were going to pay. I asked to see video or photo proof again, and they refused. Called the ticketing municipality and they don't have it either; it is not in their system. We have ten employees here, how do we know who is responsible or if they are even responsible? Pretty sure it is a scam. How they have an A+ rating on the BBB is suspect as well.

      I received a letter yesterday informing me of an unpaid citation from May, 2017 for the **************. I never received a citation from the ************** and tried calling. The letter does not state my license plate number or make and model of vehicle cited.The representive over the phone was rude and unprofessional and kept asking for my personal information other than the address the letter was mailed to.This debt is not mine and I believe this is an illegal attempt to collect payment from somebody who is not responsible for the debt.This collection agency should be investigated immediately.

      I have now received 2 letters from them stating I owe $60 in toll booth fees in ********. When I call them I never get anyone and when I try to pay online there is no place to pay. Is this a scam?

      I have received 3 letters stating that I owe parking tickets. I owe none. These people are getting away with scaring people into thinking they have outstanding debts.Can't believe I have to leave a star rating when it should be zero.

      trying to collect on a parking ticket from 2019 in 2023. i called my city court and asked about it. the ticket was resolved in 2019 and they never contacted this law firm to collect on it.
