      Received a second notice toll bill for the ********** road around ****** from this firm. I explained I never got a first bill or a first notice. They said they sent a first notice which was returned to our street address, we only get mail at a po box. Woman said it was not her problem. I offered to pay the toll without late fees and she was very rude and condescending, no professionalism at all. I then called ***** and paid toll directly through them. Will never deal with those idiots again.

      These people are running a scam. They are sending my elderly father, who is also a veteran a bill with late fees for not paying toll road fees in a state where he hasnt been. I tried to be Mr. nice guy and call them to let them know they were not only billing the wrong person but they were sending it to the wrong house and the person on the other end of the line made it abundantly clear that there position is not to resolve but instead to collect no matter the circumstances. You wont get a ***** from this family.

      I have had nothing but Problems with this Firm..My Son borrowed my Vehicle to go to Conn. and had to go through Mass to get there well of course they take out ppl from The Toll Booths and new drivers even myself at times miss going through the Tolls toll problem that my youngest son got because he is 22 he I am outraged with this Firm. I have been trying to pay a *****. The Man I was living with never opened the mail that came from the ************** next thing I know This man tells me I have a Suspension on my Vehicle because of this Toll Well I went through some things and wasnt working so I did get the Invoice number and paid five dollars on the fine with this Linebarger and the associates involved in this Practice. Well needless to say I left the abusive relationship I was in and I am now in a DV shelter and have made several attempts to pay this because I am driving with no registration and have received a ticket but this Firm will not let me pay it they say its in my abusers name who I left and I am not suppose to have contact with but they r saying thats the only way I can pay through him even though I have already made a payment of five dollars on this acct. I also proved I am listed on the registration I emailed that to this firm. I also informed them I am a Co Signer On the Vehicle Not only that I am listed on the Title as well. So they forced my Hand to have to Call my abuser because I got a ticket because of having no registration which opens a door for my Abuser to try and Lure me back into his life because of now having contact with me and now he thinks hes in control of another situation in my life because I need his help to take care of this situation. This Firm makes it impossible To make a payment for Victims of Domestic Violence. They Dont deserve Even a One. I consider them Abusers As Well I proved I was on The Registration and informed them I am also a Co signer on my Jeep and on the Title as Well nope they made me open a door for my Abuser

      They are trying to extort payment for a running a toll booth in ******** with a ******** license plate that was returned to ******** 3 years prior to the alleged incident. I tried calling them, but they informed me that I have to prove that I no longer own the vehicle. The violation in dispute happened in 12/22 when I was ********************************************** ******* in 8/19, and the plates returned to ******** at that time. The vehicle was then sold in 3/20. I don't have the know how, time or energy to "prove" to them that this is all BS. After checking their reviews, it apparently is a common scam that they are accusing people of violations years after they no longer own the vehicle. Could someone please explain to me how I am supposed to show proof that the license plates were returned 4 years after they were? What a bunch of dishonest scum bags. And I resent having to leave them a one star review, when it should be less than 1.

      This business is a fraud! They are actively trying to get money from me for items that have already been paid for. I confirmed that the payments were made and there is no outstanding balance that has not been paid. They had copies of my bills for Go-Pass (which is for toll roads). I have field a BBB complaint and will send a not to the bar association if they do not leave me alone.I have seen and read other complaints online about this firm that are not flattering. Please note that I understand that since I filed a complaint with BBB on this business that my customer review on this business will not be posted. My review will only be posted for ***** days (3 years).1/4/2024

      Apparently these people make their money by sending out bogus collection letters. They are saying I owe Toll fees in ************ and I have never been. I honestly dont know how they sleep at night.

      I received a letter from this firm. I repsonded to them via letter. I wish I had got it certified letter. But that will be next. Today I got noticed from the ******************* taking 300$ state refund. I spoke to Linebarger Rep ( I recorded the call also) and spoke to ********** I have to go to court to show them im free and clear and paid everything off years ago. This is fraud on Linebarger part!!! I will not stop complaining until they're out of business!

      ************* Started sending me collection letters MONTHS AGO. They've resorted to spam calling my mother's work and refuse to stop. Apparently I owe over $1200 in a state I've never been to for driving when I've literally never driven outside of highschool.

      Received a letter of a potential license suspension due to unpaid traffic citation. No tag number. Upon receiving the letter, I immediately logged into the license portal and ran a check on the license in question, and NO CITATIONS ARE OPEN OR ON FILE. Such findings let me to investigate further and found numerous site with same complains on this company, shame on them… they should be trialed for scamming in the name of the government.
