  This law firm is claiming I have unpaid DELDOT tolls in the amount of $88. After sending proof of car registration in a different state, they sent a letter 9/19/2023 saying my dispute was deemed valid and account recalled from the office.However, 9/27/23 they sent another letter still claiming I still owe money. When I call the office, the automated message also states I owe money. This is not accurate.

  Absolute scam. Paid a parking violation and still received TWO debt collection notices. Called the number and spoke to the absolute worst person in the world, who clearly has a chip on her shoulder and a face for radio. ******** yelled over me many times and then had the audacity to tell ME to calm down over and over despite my simply trying to explain that I had already paid my bill. I wish her the worst, she should be fired instantly, and this entire business should be shut down. There is no way this is legitimate.

  Received a citation with a bogus plate number in a place I have never been- AND I was in another state on that day. Definitely has to be a scam.

  This is the biggest scam ever. We need a class action law suit against both them, and Harris County. Been billed repeatedly after paying this invoice they claim is from 2006. Harris County claims my account is closed with a zero balance, but these ambulance chasers harass and verbally abuse people. They reported me to the credit ****** and then claim false information over and over. The employees, ***, Deisha, and ***** are all a waste of oxygen. May as well just hang up due to the ignorance and incompetence of these employees. Don't think they will help, it's all lies and false information by these typical call center employees.

  This law firm operates in a manner that can only be described as grossly incompetent and shockingly negligent. It's baffling how an organization tasked with representing the government could be so haphazard in their approach, especially when it comes to verifying the identities of the citizens they relentlessly pursue.Their lack of attention to detail is astounding. They seem to have absolutely no idea how to ensure that their actions are based on accurate information. It's as if they've never heard of the concept of "getting their ducks in a row." Instead, they charge ahead recklessly, causing chaos and distress for innocent citizens.This firm's actions are not just careless; they're utterly reprehensible. It's a disgrace that an entity claiming to uphold the law and protect the interests of the government can be so woefully inadequate in fulfilling its responsibilities. Their complete disregard for accuracy and fairness is nothing short of an affront to justice.In the face of such incompetence, I implore anyone unfortunate enough to encounter this law firm to exercise extreme caution and seek legal representation elsewhere. Dealing with them is **** to playing a dangerous game with one's rights and reputation, as they seem more interested in thoughtless actions than in adhering to any semblance of ethical standards.In summary, this rogue law firm's staggering ineptitude and blatant negligence make them a disgrace to the legal profession and a menace to the citizens they claim to represent. It is imperative that their reckless actions are exposed and condemned to protect innocent individuals from their outrageous behavior.

  This so called company is a scam. I was billed for a toll in ********. I have never lived outside of ******* my entire life. I definitely haven't been to ********. I called for multiple days, mailed disputes and sent emails (multiple hours and hours of my time and frustration). In total it took about 3 weeks of my time dealing with this - It was determined that the tag was from another state and the number was incorrect. It was resolved and account was brought to zero. Now 2+ years later I get the same notice to a different address. I call and am treated horribly by the representative "*****". Total mocking and disrespectful. Complete accusatory tone. I'm *************************************************** my life. This company is criminal!!! Discussing that companies can hold you financially hostage with wrong information.

  My fiance received a letter day B4 yesterday over a claim that was stated around 20 years ago in *****! Over a bus ride that costed a dollar. But for some reason the payment did not go through! The money was on the card he had swiped the card. Then he was kicked off the bus with his daughters that were little @ the time who are now is grown. & over a messed up seat belt. All of these on level should not had came to this or if there was a payment to be made should not had costed very much! But in his letter it was over a thousand dollars. Out of the blue 20 years later. I feel this company is a scam! Rather legally highway robbery! & they claim to be a law firm collecting scam artist payments I feel! Why didn't they notify him B4? & why a big amount over a dollar ride & a jacked up seatbelt!!

  NEGATIVE FIVE STARS for harassing a senior citizen with a bogus toll charge (plus added fees) in multiple mailings. They were told neither the car nor the person have ever been to ********. *************** records show the mileage on the car over the past 5 years (and more) is not enough to drive from the vehicle's location to ********. Via phone conversation, they said they would clear it up, but then sent another mailing about a month later with a photo of some random vehicle with a license plate that does not match that of the senior citizen's vehicle and called it "evidence." Should I file a complaint with ********** Attorney in both ******** and ***** or just ********? Isn't this now mail fraud and harassment of a senior citizen since they were told the toll charge was *****, said they would fix the error, and yet did not stop the mailings?
