      Absolutely horrific experience and will be taking legal action. Our AC went out for fifteen days with our house climbing into the 90s before they even offered to send a portable unit. Our pipes burst and have been unable to use the sink or dishwasher for months. They finally send somebody out to fix it Nine months after continuous complaints and requests. Well be taking legal action as soon as possible

      If I could give this place less than one star I would. I just moved cross country with my two kids under 6 and to my surprise the house was not move in ready. There are roaches and ants all over the home. Stains everywhere on the carpet and walls. The toilet seats have urine on them and the showers are filthy as if someone went in there with dirty feet. Theres a gab in the door which is going to be a problem with the Florida rain and bugs. The home smells like mildew. I have severe allergies and my oldest son has asthma which makes this a HUGE problem for us. This home has severe dust build up on the vents and in the ** unit. This home is inhabitable and DEFINITELY NOT MOVE IN READY. Ive tried contacting someone and no surprise that they dont have any solutions but to submit a ticket. The app to submit a ticket does not work and makes it difficult to upload support for my maintenance request. The pictures online do not match what we see in person. This is false advertising and I am extremely unhappy that now my family and I do not feel safe in this home as it compromises our health.

      They have been phenomenal since me and my family have moved in we haven't has to wait no longer than 3 days to get stuff fixed absolutely love it

      We have been residents with Mainstreet for 6 years so when we had to relocate due to work we wanted to transfer to another Mainstreet property. We found a property that was listed as 1900 sqft. Went to tour the property 3 separate times to find we couldnt access the property. When we called to get help all 3 times the **** told us to hire a real estate agent to gain access. I couldnt understand how a management company couldnt gain access to one of their properties. They told us to fill out an application in order to get approved (already a resident) and then we could gain access. We asked for a supervisor to call us back to no avail. We went ahead and applied got approved and still couldnt view the home. They told us we could get access once we signed the lease. I wanted to SEE it before that but the runaround was so exhausting and we HAD to relocate and couldnt find any other place that would fit our needs on paper so we signed. Once we got there the home is significantly smaller than advertised 1500 sqft and there is so much damage and the home has not been cleaned and there are a lot of broken parts on appliances. I put in 7 maintenance requests on move in day and I currently have 5 maintenance requests pending because 2 of the requests are listed as being the residents responsibility. How can I be responsible for something wrong on move in day?! Ive been trying to talk with a supervisor about the condition of the home for 5 days and Im either forgotten or put on endless hold (more than 20 minutes) just to be disconnected. Im so upset. Im just looking for a little kindness and compassion from a company weve done business with for the past 6 years.

      I've not had to deal with anyone directly, but I have had extreme frustration having to deal with an app. My 1 star review is 100% a maintenance issue. I have currently been without working AC for 5 days. Some might argue it's only 5 days. I live in ******* and the inside temperature reaches 92. I have been communicating through their app and haven't had any success. I'm 50+ and have a few medical conditions and have expressed those concerns via the app. Now the app did say that I could hire a third party but I will not be reimbursed. My next step is contacting a lawyer and withholding rent legally, so if I could rate them lower, I would.

      I am a current tenant at one of their properties located in *******. With over 20 years of experience as a property manager, I fully understand that unexpected maintenance issues can arise. However, I am extremely concerned about the ongoing lack of response to a serious maintenance matter at my residence, which has now resulted in a personal injury.On March 11, 2025, I reported a leak in my apartment, where water was seeping up through the carpet in the master bedroom and the tile flooring in the hallway outside the half-bath. While the source of the leak was addressed, no further steps have been taken to repair the damage left behind. To date, the broken tile and water-damaged carpet have not been replaced, and no dehumidifier was used to dry the affected ******** a result, mold and mildew have developed beneath the carpet and tile, and the subfloor remains wet. Despite placing four maintenance requestsall of which have been closedcontractors and their own maintenance technicians have confirmed that the carpet, tile, and subfloor require full replacement.I have now submitted a fifth maintenance request and am urging their immediate attention to this matter. Failure to address these hazardous conditions has already led to an ankle injury, and I will expect reimbursement for any related medical expenses. Please note that I formally reported the trip hazards on May 6, 2025.
