    Terrible company. Earbuds do not work. They will not help you problem solve. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are a scam.

    Website and advertising makes a lot of unsubstantiated claims. Earbuds dont block sound. There is literally nothing that makes these better for sleep except they are flat. They advertise an app and then after you buy, they tell you the app is under construction and direct you to a subpar 3rd party app. They advertise sleep data showing you get deeper sleep, but it doesnt exist. Sounds arent available offline and most of them arent even 8 hours long so not sure how theyd be helpful for sleeping. Battery life doesnt last through the night. They avoid mentioning that they dont give refunds, but they dont. When I asked for one over email, I got an autoresponder letting me know I could view a support article and they would not be responding to my email. So I responded that I would be leaving a bad review, and got a prompt and snarky response. Was offered an exception to get a refund but then they saw my review and said never mind. Theyve hidden all 1 and 2 star reviews on their website. Dont waste your money.

    Ive had the same poor experience with my purchase of these earbuds. Terrible customer service who provides no help at all. Seriously, it is scam. Do not buy from them!!! I wanted to exchange my Pros for the ** but they told me it would cost $50 extra!!! I told them no way. They will not exchange or return your product even though they say they will. App is terrible. Just bad through and through.

    ****** BE AWARE ****** These are by FAR the worst ear buds I've ever worn. They are MARKET GENIUSES who promote their own product. It arrives pretty and in a nice box The ear buds are terrible and remind me of the earpiece my grandpa used to use to listed to his AM Radio. I've never returned anything in my life.. and HERE is the reason for my FLAME. THEY DON'T ALLOW RETURNS ! THIS WHOLE THING IS A SCAM. **** BE AWARE **** PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK *** Honestly, these aren't even $20 ear buds. ***

    Failed R&D scam. Rushed to market and spending the profits they generate selling this trash to advertise selling more with no return policy. Got me. I have had umpteen numbers of bluetooth devices. No instructions on how to connect in link or app. Only 30 stock sounds for 9 categories. Nothing like ****. Cheap garbage advertised well and sold at a premium with no return policy. What a disgrace of a company.I'll be checking here next time I see a top lead ****** advert before buying.

    Beware! If you are trying to sleep through your partner's snoring, your neighbor's music or the traffic sounds outside your window, these are not for you. No noise blocking or cancelation at all. And if you want to get eight hours of sleep with these earbuds, think again - they only last five or six hours on a charge. Don't fall for their seductive advertising. They won't issue refunds. And they don't respond to emails ...

    The product looks incredibly cheap. It claims a replacement for the bose sleepbuds but it is nothing like it. There is absolutely no sound blocking and there has been a persistent issue with Bluetooth connection where only one of the earbuds would connect at a time. The company is a scam and the reviews on their site are definitely fake. I have filed a case through Paypal as the company failed to provide any refunds.

    This company does not stand behind their product. They claim their product works for slide sleepers, and it not. So when you read that you 30 days for returns, don't be fooled like me as they won't actually refund anything. They will just let you get a different product, even though they won't work for slide sleepers and they don't stand behind the quality of their product. All sales are final, even through they don't tell you that upfront. Buyer beware...

    I should have checked out this page prior to buying the ** sleep earbuds. They advertise well online, but in reality the product is incredibly cheap. The app looks like it was made by a middle schooler and has very basic sleep sounds that you could find on Spotify. The earbuds produce crackly sound and are uncomfortable. This company is a scam, and they do not offer refunds. The reviews on the site are definitely fake. I have emailed the company twice in regards to refund/exchange and I submitted a message through the portal and have not heard from anyone, even regarding an exchange.
