  I purchased Bonamour Sleep Pro. It cost 200 dollars, the product did not meet my expectations and they refused to return/refund only exchange for the same or another product. The sound quality is poor. The charging case is flimsy and doesnt charge if you leave it in a backpack. The sleep sounds last 8 hours maximum, so if you want to sleep past 8 hours, dont bother. The app is slow and buggy. In my emails with customer support their response was First, let me put you at ease and say each of our models sold has less than a one-percent (1%) defect rate. Almost all issues you may encounter can be resolved by simply resetting the earbuds. Resetting the earbuds does not fix a product that feels like it should cost 20 dollars. If they would refund my purchase Id be fine. But they wont.

  I totally agree with all that has been written by the other reviewers regarding these earbuds. I do not know where they get the complimentary reviews from on their website because none of it has held true for my experience. They claim they have 24 hr,/7days a week support help, which they do not. I asked for guidance in the initial purchase by having someone from their company call me and I received no calls. That should have been my first clue not to purchase them. When the earbuds arrived they did not fit my ears and immediately tried to contact them for an exchange. Still waiting to find out where I stand on this. Overall a very frustrating experience. Total waste of $199. You are better off simply buying yourself a good sound machine. There ear buds do not block out or even reduce outside noise. Horrible customer service. Wonder how they can stay in business.

  Agreeing with the other reviews. Very shady business that does not offer refunds. I have tried other ear buds and have been able to return them if they did not fit my needs. These do NOT block noise as their website indicates. The soundscapes library is a joke. There is nothing special to them and can be found elsewhere. I had mine fully charged and they only lasted about 6 hours. And if you get a text or call, it will interrupt your sleep!! WHAT?? The point of these is to have good sleep. They definitely did not block noise, which is what I was expecting and needing. The customer service is not helpful. I provided them details on why I want to return them and they were never addressed. I also did not receive the free mask that was part of my order. Do not buy from this vendor. I am so disappointed in the service, and could kick myself for not reviewing more into these. Sounds like they have duped quite a few people from what I am now finding out after more research. DO NOT BUY!!!

  In agreement with a previous post. This company has some predatory work practices and I do not recommend buying from them. Thr company does not offer refunds, only credit, and instead of making this clear in their FAQ section, they offer a small link at the bottom of the purchase page.They claim because of the sensitive nature of the product and because you have access to their library that you cannot return them. However, there are plenty of companies who have ear buds products which you can return, so that should not be an issue. In addition, their entire library that you are supposedly getting access to by purchasing the product can be found on Spotify. There is nothing special about these audio files. You can go to spotify or any number of meditation apps and find equivalents.The product itself was uncomfortable for me to wear at night. One earbud battery died after 3 hours despite having been fully charged. The other one did not stay in my ear, and I had the larger size, so I didn't bother trying the smaller size.I strongly urge anyone who has sleep issues like me not purchase any products from this company. It's a waste of money. And also wasted hope that maybe you've found something that will help with your insomnia. Which I think could be worst of all.

  I strongly recommend NOT purchasing this product. When I received my first pair, the audio kept dropping intermittently and it literally woke me up after been asleep for ******************************************************************************* on how to troubleshoot the earbuds but nothing was fixing the issue. I even paired them w another phone but the issue persisted. They swiftly sent me a new pair and to my colossal dismay, the 2nd pair were also malfunctioning and in this case after a couple of minutes the sound started w an echo, then a delay in one of the earbuds and then they were dropping out. I lost all my trust in the product when customer service told me that they don't issue refunds. I couldn't believe them but they meant this so I started a dispute on PayPal. I've had less expensive wireless earbuds that are 100% reliable. Consistently 100%. The biggest and starkest difference is that the Bonamour earbuds were purchased to help me have a better sleep and they fell colossally short of the only intention WHY I purchased them because they kept waking me up. I have never written a review like this but my only consolation price will be to bring awareness to those that are considering buying this for the alleged reason that they were created. In my case it has been a fiasco.
