      My card has been locked for no reason n I also cannot get anyone on the phones. The first number they say the call volume is heavy and hang up on you. I called again and went to a different department only for them to place me on hold for over a hour and a half. I am still on hold as I type this. This is ridiculous

      I have a client (****************) that has fradulent charges dating back to 07/01/2022 in the amount of $219.88. Another fradulent charge 08/01/2022-08/02/22 in the amount of $1,046.80. And this month 10/03/22 had a social security depoit that was deposited then taken out of her account and now has a deficit of -$495.00. What is going on?? She has been on the telephone since 1:15 p.m. and was transferred twice and hung up on. NOW, she has been on the phone for over 3hours!! This is ridicilous!!! We have faxed information to the so called fraud department on 08/19/2022 and to this date no response by phone, email, or letter. Is U.S. Direct Express taking advantage of "our" seniors??? And the government is turning a blind eye???

      they have the worst customer service attitude ever, I cannot spend the money on my card and two days spent trying to fix it just gets me the automated response or the rep hangs up.

      Put card in ATM. *** says please contact your financial institution.Call Direct Express ***** number.Push 7 to talk to an operator and a recording says."Due to high call volume we are unable to take your call. Please try again latter" and hangs up. 24/7 customer service??? Not even put on hold. Just hung up on.

      Had 61 fraudulent transactions through ******* they would not reimburse me.... because of "conflicting information". Did NOT notify me of all those transactions over a 3 month period. And wait time on hold on the phone took up to 1hr.

      Direct Express has locked my debit cards with no explanation with no reasoning they made me sit on hold for three plus hours and once they finally answered they wouldn't give me the ability to unlock my card. After finally getting a supervisor on hold he did nothing but but you just need to send an email in and then he would not give me the email address so I can send it in to get my card unlocked he then hung up on me to where I had to sit on hold again for another 2 hours At this point they've had my money on their card for ******************************************************************************************* to help resolve the issue. Anybody who uses this card processing center needs to dump them and get to another system like chime or Green *** or something do not expect help from them and expect them to just keep your money no matter what

      HORRIBLE COMPANY !!! Dishonest, Deceitful ... DO NOT USE !!! Make you jump through hoops sending, sending, and RESENDING the SAME DOCUMENTS and they continue to say ... "Oh, you were denied the option to transfer, I can't tell you WHY - you just need to RESUBMIT all of your Documentation"Spoke with our Bank who informed us - this situation is what EVERYONE goes through ... Remove Direct Express as an option for your funds and choose Direct Deposit into your own Bank

      I was a victim of identity theft somebody withdrew monies from my direct express account which was $1,400 the stimulus money in 2021 I filed a claim with Direct Express I had no knowledge of this taking place until tax time when the *** sent me a letter stating I was given the $1,400 now mind you that Direct Express denied my claim for reimbursement due to a lapse of 120 days I provided Direct Express with the paperwork from the US government of identity theft and affidavits stating that I had no knowledge of the monies whatsoever or had no partake in any of the money being withdrawn from the *** I provided every document necessary to be reimbursed for these monies and Direct Express outright denied me there has to be something that can be done cuz this company is just unprofessional and it's a shame that they treat their customers this way I've been with Direct Express for almost 13 years I've never had an issue until the stimulus money and it was during the pandemic when the money was most needed and this company could care less about their customers they treat you like your trash I'm Floored and so disgusted how I was treated by Direct Express with this matter I provided everything document necessary and beyond A reasonable doubt to receive a reimbursement of this money and Direct Express blatantly outright denied me thanks Direct Express . I have the worst feeling of deceit by a company that's been handling my moneys for the past 13 years this company needs to be addressed by the proper people whoever could handle this because I deserve a fair shake in the reimbursement of these monies I feel like I was defrauded by Direct Express itself.

      This is honestly the worst card service. The fact that I need to escalate a fraud case and no one is helping me is something I can't understand. They denied my claim and refuse to show proof as to why they came with the decision and will not help me further.

      If it was possible I would give zero stars, I am on distinctly confined to a wheel chair, my husband puts me in and out of for everything! I received a large backpayment from disability and not even a month later my account is locked! They havent mentioned anything about fraudulent charges suspected! My husband called in because the chip doesnt always work and because my husband wanted to go buy my necessities and my medication before they shut the card off and mailed me a new one!! Instead they froze my account and reassured me to send in proof of my identity.. the first time I faxed it DENIED TO DARK, second time Forgot the back of my iD, Third time I emailed a clear colored picture of my ******* identification card, DENIED BECAUSE THERES NO EXPORTATION DATE!! Its not my fault the state issued it that way.. its-a valid form of ID ITS EXCEPTED EVERYWHERE ELSE! Now they want me to send photo of my birth certificate and social security card (beyond fishy I think) and I lost my social security card!! I just dont get it. The social security office excepted my state ID card . And these unprofessional rude customer service reps take everything personally and treat me like Im a problem. And have NOT GIVEN ME ANY REASON AS TO WHY THIS EVEN HAPPEN. Please please somebody put a stop to this unprofessional company and their rude representatives!
