      Why would GM ever partner with a company like Qmerit? If you want to talk about something that feel like a scam here it is. Qmerit and electrician bid and accept job for ******* no cost to me. Before they ever come out, its now custom they will only pay **** of the bill and the bill is going be more. I asked for more than the ********** in case of fire from the Bolt. I also wanted to be able to shut it off from the garage, and add 2 outlets. now the bill is ******* and they want me to ******* of it. All parts for installation ****** Gm is not helping and does not want to give me money directly. Feels like a supported shakedown. I dont want to use # 6 wire just in case my car explodes and catches fire in my garage and I want to be able to disconnect the power in the garage, not try to run around the house, go down stairs, across the house to try and shut off the panel. I have no main disconnect on the outside, the meter is our disconnect. What do you think?

      Clinton Electric notified me about a recall on my Electric panel. They had ******* come and inspect and correct the problem. He answered any questions that I had and as he was pleasant and courteous. I will use Clinton Electric in the future.

      Bad ******* module board. Fixed in no time and the tech replaced the other two boards just in case. All under warranty so no charge!

      *** from Clinton Electric was outstanding was on time went right to work and then cleaned up once all work was completed. He did an assessment of my electrical panel and the rest of the house including my grounding and made some recommendations but NO high pressure sales just suggestions. He was extremely professional and likeable. I will certainly use Clinton Electric the next time I have electrical needs.

      The electrician from Clinton Electric came and looked at the circuit breakers. I thought he was looking to see where the power was coming from. I already checked them to see if any were still on. He never looked into the tankless water heater. Then said before he could inspect it I would have to pay an additional $600 before he would check to see what was wrong. I did not pay and asked what the $79 charge was for. He said "That was for coming to my home." After he left I called ***** ,the maker of the heater, and was told that the fuse needed to be replaced, located inside the cover. They emailed me the directions. I went to electric supply house purchased a replace fuse for $1.55. It took less than a half and hour to remove the cover, swap-out the fuse and reattached the coverage and now my tankless water heater is working.

      I was very dissatisfied with the 'service' I received from Clinton Electric. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if Clinton Electric installed make-up air systems and was told it did. However, when ****, the technician came last Monday, he said HVAC work was not a service Clinton Electric offered. Thus, the 'service' appointment was a waste of my time and money. ****
