      We signed up, got the first service and never once was told that if we cancelled 12 months before that we would get charged 280 we even asked everyone that signed up on the same family plan as us and they had no idea. We are really struggling and as this seems a small charge it isnt to us right now!

      Absolutely miserable experience. I've never been treated by a company so poorly. Broke every promise, didn't honor the contract, but somehow I'm supposed to? I spoke with a **** as a customer advocate and one of her managers who both spoke to me like a was a six year old child. I know **** is a 55 year old woman b/c she pointed out how long she's had her name. Incredibly demeaning and rude. Like this money is coming out of their pockets. They are liars who did would not do their job accurately. Salesmen was a complete liar, didn't do the services promised and killed bugs that kept my home healthy.

      This company is very dishonest. They promise one thing up front, and then after you sign the paper, it's a whole nother story. I can never get a technician to come to my house. I called to get help and they told me that if I cancel, they're gonna charge me $200. So they want me to continue to pay $50 every month for them to come every other month. And then never come when I call them.

      I had an extremely disappointing experience with White *********** provided fell far short of what was promised, failing to meet even basic expectations. The sales team engaged in deceptive practices, leading to unexpected charges significantly higher than quoted. **************** was not only unhelpful but also rude, frequently interrupting and preventing me from fully explaining my concerns. Attempts to cancel the service were outright denied, with the only option offered being a price-matching request that did nothing to resolve the issues.I strongly caution others against using White Knight due to their failure to deliver, misleading practices, hostile customer service, and refusal to allow cancellations. Research alternatives carefully to avoid this company.

      Salesman told us that white knight would pay out our cancellation fee on our contract we had with another pest control company if we switched to them. We agreed and signed up only to find out that was a lie. They never paid off our other company contract so I got double charged for white knight and the other place. When I called to cancel due to them lying, I was told I had to pay hundreds of dollars in cancellation fees since I signed their contract and even though they lied to me, they refused to waive or reduce the fee. I paid it so I could be done with them forever. I still to this day almost a year later get marketing texts from them even after repeatedly opting out. Worst company and experience I have ever had, hands down.

      ******** company, horrible customer service. Their door knocker lied to me multiple times to get the sale. I was unsure about signing up so he initially told me they would be back in the neighborhood the following week and I could find them to tell them if I wanted to proceed or not. Well, they werent back in the neighborhood, and to avoid the hassle we let them do 1 treatment in April. After my awful sales experience, I decided I did not want to continue and wanted to cancel which I was told I would be able to do (another lie). They are now cornering me into paying their cancellation fee because they gave me a discount for the first treatment & claiming I signed a contract that I was not shown, and didnt receive a copy of until I requested it months later (which they also lied about sending). Ridiculous, overpriced, shady **************** practices. You can find a better company for a lot less. A large majority of their reviews are fake - which is illegal.

Our door-to-door representatives undergo extensive training to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and pricing. If you're ever unsatisfied with their performance or feel anything was missed, please give us a call to schedule a free re-service. Our unlimited, free re-services are specifically designed to prioritize customer satisfaction and address any ongoing pest concerns between regular, full-service treatments. After reviewing your account, we see you have not taken advantage of this benefit. Our commitment as a company is to come out at no charge as often as needed to resolve your issue. Despite the multiple steps White Knight has in place during the sign-up process to ensure customers are well-informed, not all read the terms. Not only do you have a one-page signed agreement with White Knight Pest Control that outlines these terms, but we also provide multiple copies of the agreement and access to view it in the online customer portal. As an additional part of our onboarding process, we provide new customers with a "Welcome Call". This call is intended to personally review the terms of service and answer any questions to ensure full understanding and transparency. In your case, we did make an attempt to reach you by phone; however, we were unable to connect on 4/26. We make every effort to ensure our customers are well-informed. We hope you will reconsider and allow us to continue working with you to resolve your pest issues.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. Sales pitch was good by incorporating several neighbors and providing you a discount. However, what comes afterwards in the contract is not what you get. Paid for 1st service at a discount, and was told they would do a follow-up a month after at NO Charge. (Was charged $179) Then your service would begin after that. Signed up for Seasonal and was told that didn't exist. Be careful with whatever comes out of the sales **** mouth's. My bad I didn't check the contract within 3-days to cancel. The contract WILL be for 18 months and if you cancel they will invoice you for the FULL amount. Definitely not willing to work with you on it and expect you to have a video or recorded conversation to prove what was said to you. WOULD AVOID THESE COMPANY AT ALL COST

      Im a loyal customer. All the technicians have been friendly and hard working. Im very happy with their service and highly recommend them. ****** was great and took a minute to fill me in on what he had done that day. Very easy to get in touch with them to change appointments or ask questions.
