      BIG NO to Knight Pest Control. Sales guy knocks on my door and asks if we have pest control. He offered said it is one time charge of $50 and so I said yes. They came in did the job and captured the credit card details etc. Same day, I received few emails which says its a one year agreement which my wife signed mistakenly during paying the 50 dollar fee agreed upon. Today I called to cancel and to remove my name off and they diverted my call to customer advocates ***** ***** from customer advocate ***** He tells me I owe them 300 bucks to cancel my ONE YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT. I say thats not right, I wouldve NEVER agreed to those terms because I only agreed to one time service as the sales man who pitched on my door. So they tell me at the bottom of where you signed it says in the fine print and agreed on the call the day before service was provided bla bla bla. These guys have trained employees walking around neighborhoods and on call operating in bad faith, not disclosing the details of service. I am trying to reach and talk with *****, has his voicemail full, Obviously and was expected. Not able to get hold of him. He is from third party who knocks the door and misguide people. It is predatory business tactics and catastrophic to for me as I live from dollar to dollar. Ill be reporting them to the BBB. White Knight pest control comes knocking your door DO NOT engage with this company.

      Worst pest control service I've ever used. They promise the world, fail to deliver, and then when you try to cancel they say, "We have to hold you to your contract", and charge you $100 to cancel. Bait and switch with absolutely no qualms about ripping customers off.
