      I would also give no stars for this company! With the horrible situation our country is in, people worried if they can make their mortgage payments, keep the lights on, gas in their cars and food in the fridge it's abhorrent to me that a company that my family has been with for 3 years and 1 month without missing a single payment mind you, would be so ***** at the end. I called to cancel my service today due to other bills that must be paid and was told that I needed to pay $150 more to be able to cancel them. I am just beside myself that in the situation we have today with people literally deciding to pay the electric bill or buy food that they wouldn't just waive that fee, especially after being a loyal customer for over three years. This company has no decency and definitely doesn't care about the financial situation of it's customers. I probably would have gone back to them once we're out of this horrible economic mess we're in, but NOT NOW & NOT EVER!! Please steer clear of this company, they are not worth it!!

      Absoultely horrible company. They are snakes that are only there to get your "initial discount" they know their product doesn't work, but their whole plan is to get you to sign the contract so that once you cancel they can collect their "Initial Discount" so honestly, their incentive is to give you a bigger discount so that they can hold you to that at the cancellation time. Please Please Please save yourself.

      If I could give no stars, I would. First, they of course get you with the promo. Then you have to use them a year. If you try and cancel, they want to go and charge you for the money you WOULD have paid if you didn't have a promo. Well, 1st issue was I had a worker come, he was supposed to spray inside and out. Let me back up, we didn't even have issues with any Spiders insects or whatever, but i figured, ok, I'll do it as a preventative. Whatever they spray must actually BRING the bugs out! We started having Spiders EVERY WHERE all the time!! My dog had to go thr the vet from a very bad spider bite he got on his head!! So, back to the worker coming, he was supposed to spray inside and out..he only sprayed in the front yard..never went around back or inside. My husband called to let me know, so I Contacted customer service, they contacted the worker. The worker said he did do in the back and my husband told him NO, he didn't want inside done. Well, that's a lie. I knew my husband didn't lie about the conversations..I even pulled up the camera footage and listened to the conversation...my husband told him inside and out and front and back yard! He starts texting me with his lies and then when I Said I watched the camera footage, he stopped responding. I told them I wanted to cancel after this happened and they told me I would be charged that full amount. I told them with this happening, I shouldn't be charged ANYTHING and let out bc now you have a lying worker and I can't trust that ********* will get sprayed properly after this! I end up staying and they had someone come back out but I have allllll kinds of freaking bugs around and Spiders out the a$$!! EVERYWHERE!!! back porch, inside, front yard, back yard. My husband was cutting the grass and right at the edge was a whole family of Spiders just crawled out all on thr patio! And this spider was just on my patio 2 days ago .I **** near had a heart attack. I've NEVER EVER had spider and bug issues like this. EVER!

      I was a customer with ********************************************* the first year of living in ********. I purposefully canceled pest control service with a competitor, because the guy who came to my door was a veteran and that is something we shared. The service wasn't as good as the first service I had prior to, but I did not want to pay a cancellation fee for my first year of service. I finished out the year as per terms of the contract and even called to verify it was the last appointment. When I called, specified I wanted to end my service.This apparently was never recorded because there was an automatic scheduled appointment after. I called in to reassure them I canceled my service and did not want them coming to my home. They told me because it wasn't 30 days prior I would still be charged. Of course I was upset because I did not see how this is fair. I already was a loyal customer and just wanted service to be removed. The day comes when the service was supposed to happen, and no service could be rendered because it rained. I call them again since this was the case to get my refund and they tell me I still can't get a refund. So I paid for nothing. I feel taken advantaged of. I found a flaw in their policy and instead of trying to work with me, it was more important to take my money. I will be sure to pass on my experience with all of my peers non-prior service and veterans.

      This company is absolutely horrible and taking people's money. They did not hold up their service agreement. I cancelled and they read me a script about I owed them back for the initial discount on the service they DIDN'T provide. STAY AWAY FROM WHITE KNIGHT!!!

      If I could leave a 0 rating score I would. I worn you all to consider signing up for a alternative service provider. These people DO NOT CARE about their consumers and are DECEPTIVE and PREDATORY. I do not recommend them!!!The staff from corporate to customer service are very rude, talk over you, don't care about your concerns, disrespectful, and hang ** in your face. I will tell all that come into my HOA community ************** of this company. This is my truth and my experience. And from the 1.3 rating it is others experience too.

      Wow, It seems that I am in good company in regards to the negative opinions of this company. My concern is directed at the ************ based White Knight pest control. Extremely dishonest and when you challenge them on a charge to your card they have some scripted verbiage to say. I have proof of every transaction for the last 16 months and have more than fulfilled my year contract. Upon cancellation of services I was billed for 2 months ($97). After disputing this with my bank I was then charged $52 the very next day. I disputed that as well. I have copies of all of my transactions and a copy of my contract. I am very displeased with this company and I feel bad for anyone that they have taken advantage of.

      Several years ago, I used this company for pest control services, but since then, I sold my house and have had no need for pest control. However, a few months ago, I started seeing charges appear on my credit card for services that I didn't order. I tried calling them, emailing them, and calling them again, just for the company to continually ignore me. After struggling to dispute the charges, my credit card company has now had to launch a fraud investigation and invalidate my credit card number just so that the numerous charges would stop. This is so unprofessional, and consumers should avoid using them until they can prove that they have enacted safeguards that protect their customer's credit card information.

      White Knight, is FULL of SLIMLY BUGS!!!If you want great, reliable, friendly pest services... keep looking. I'm sorry, but you will not find that at White Knight. I cant speak for all branches or locations, but the one in **** *****, runs their business like a day care with no teachers. One thing i can give them, they are really good at apologizing. First hand experience, that was the best service they were able to provide. We used them for 4 or 5 months. they came out to visit 5 times. The only time they actually showed up without canceling with the very first day. Absolutely the worst company that I have ever done "business" with. They either, just dont show up, or they call you on the hour they're supposed to be there, and tell you they can't make it. And want to reschedule no sooner than a week out. AND THEN, I thought it made sense to cancel. So i did. And they read me 2 minutes worth of the "terms" that stated i'm responsible for a full quarters worth of payments. I told them my "terms" were you get paid when there are services rendered. They dont like that. In all honesty, do not consider using White Knight Pest Control. Unless, you're really looking for a company that doesn't show up, does not perform tasks paid for, cancel, and reschedule 80% of the time. If I were to have used them longer, that % would have only gone up. For the consumer, best of luck in your search, but save yourself, and pass on these guys. ******

      I called the company for a one-time pest control and the guy hung up on me "Twice". Horrible customer service!
