      I can't talk to my incarcerated loved one because it is too expensive. I am living pay check to pay check...it is extremely difficult when not being able to communicate with someone you love because the costs and fees are so high. Thanks for nothing.

      This company needs to be shut down. *** lost contact with 2 incarcerated friends because this company wont allow me to link my JPay with their garbage, therefore I can no longer send or receive emails nor can receive phone calls. Its a disgrace how this company kicks people while theyre already down, absolutely disgusting!F you Securus

      This company is deplorable! The services they offer are not dependable and when they go wrong there is no one to speak to that can correct the issue. The services are paid for but there is no refund when the services are not provided. The customer ********************** agents I spoke with on today 6/14 at 8:30 pm were ******************** no last name or agent number (specifically). I asked for a supervisor and I think she put a peer on the phone. I'm just disgusted with this company and I'd like a refund for my photos that were sent and approved by the unit but my loved one never received via emessage.

      Securus is retaliating and gives up a hard time concerning my son tablet and it obviously. My son at ******* TDCJ unit filed grievance and was told because we put in a grievance my son *********************** TDCJ ******** will be at number 265 for retaliation upon making a complaint at *******************. He is watching others with tablet issues be addressed more than once. Its obviously retaliatory AND discriminatory. Urgent action is requested for the employees behavior at the *******************. Thank you. *****************************

      Inconsistent service. Outrageous costs; numerous fees. Customer ********************** is non existent and nothing ever gets resolved! I would give zero stars if I could. Just horrible!

      This company and it's counterparts are truly dispacable. When you have a monopoly over a service clearly you're not motivated to do right by your customers. The technology is ridiculous for this age. The app is constantly crashing, deleting emails you're currently typing, it doesn't work consistently, and when it's offline fails to communicate in a timely manner. Unfair pricing and poor quality for a vulnerable community.

      My name is *********************, and I am the *** of The ******************** ** **** A nonprofit organization whose vision is to reduce recidivism and provide support to the loved ones of incarcerated individuals. My partner and I, Founder, and CEO of The ******************** ********************************* have loved ones who are incarcerated as well as our PWS members. Our only means of communicating with our loved ones is through your GTL corporation under Securus Technology. However, the members as well as myself have been experiencing too many three-way alert interruptions during our calls especially when a three-way call is not being made. The alert not only rudely disconnects our call but it shows the poor service that you are providing for working-class people. Your company failed to address the issue properly and in the terms and agreement giving poor reasons as to why the three-way alert disconnects customers' calls, and in **** there is no improvement in the quality of the calls. My question is why is the quality of your service poor when you earn 6 million dollars annually from your customers?I would also like to know what is the company doing to compensate customers whose information has been compromised by Securus? Any of the members including myself have been receiving strange unknown solicited calls. I would like to hear from you as soon as possible. Thank You

      If I could give them a zero I would. They charge you for messages that are never sent. They will sensor pictures for absolutely no reason and charge you for them anyway. I have had pictures sensored yet I was charged then turn around and immediately send the exact same pictures and have them go through uncensored and get charged again. There is absolutely no way of knowing what messages actually get sent through or did not. They will tell you that they notify you but it's a lie. It's a complete rip off.
