      Id give them 0 stars if I could. They charged my credit card for services I never received like video chat then after my credit card removed the charge they blocked my account. Can never speak to a person. If youre forced to use them please check your credit card statement also if you put funds on there and dont use them they will not give you your money back. Theyre a deceptive company and Im not sure how they havent been shut down for theft. If you need assistance you can online chat with a bot that repeats itself and asks the same questions.

      They let inmates steal your money. They say at Securus If you authorize a phone number on your acct for your inmate to personally use, ANYBODY at ANY prison facility that uses Securus can call that number and use your money on your personal!

      I wouldn't even give one star if I could I'd give them minus 5. Their system is so bad and when their system is down and a video visit is scheduled they do not give your money back. They are a joke and cause so much stress to inmates and their loved ones. I'm with everyone else on wanting to bring a court case against them. They've had their system in prisons all over for years and they keep getting more prisons to sign up and use their system. They've had plenty of time to work the bugs out! They're making billions!

      Very rude unprofessional representatives . They not care about their customers and they often hang up when they are in the wrong. *** lost a family member shortly after not being able to receive their jail calls . They lied several times saying the phone issue was resolved when in fact it was not . The system is continuously failing ** and they are a huge inconvenience to ones such as myself. Id love to file a court case against them.

      Scam!! Worst customer ********************** ever! So why would the ****************** allow companies such as Securus Technologies to continue to be in operation? I guess it's all part of the same government... Federal. It's easy to see now what our country decides it's okay to scam innocent taxpayers in *******; even if they have been scamming for 25 years it will continue. With Securus they can get money ************ for the prison system. I pay $25 thru Securus to an inmate, Securus says I only paid $5...what happened? Maybe the state gets a kickback from Securus, who knows? Enough is enough! Next step, file a complaint with the **** Securus is definitely expert scammers!

      I've tried to get ahold of them by phone and you are on the phone for 20 minutes or more and twice I gave up after 30 minute wait. I emailed them, no response.The chat is automated and useless.I have a problem with the account and cannot get it resolved.It's a money making machine that the government is allowing to abuse prisoners and their families who just want to keep in touch.It needs to be investigated.

      Horrible Horrible service . I am an attorney and it takes weeks to get an account set up and even with that they set it up incorrectly. Thus it may take weeks to speak with your client. I believe they need to be sued

      HORRIBLE ******** care. They are AWFUL and LIE that phoning their support will get you to a live person. This is an AWFUL business. They are SCAMMERS and LIE to the customers!!!!

      Securus is an absolute nightmare. Ever since this company has taken over the inmate systems in ***** it has been nothing but trouble. Every time I call no issues are resolved. It take forever with the automated system to even get to a live person. Securus technicians are absolutely no help at the unit itself. Having to jump through so many hoops just to be able to speak with my loved one is awful. Dropped calls, inmate can't call out because their voice recognition isn't working anymore and the techs do absolutely nothing to help these guys. Awful, awful company.
