Management, staff they do dirty business when charging money for the rooms. Then try to hide and lie when confronting them.Housekeeping go in people's room and go thorough people belongs to steal money or what is of value to get Housekeeping use only plain tap water to clean the room and spend very little time cleaning the rooms When doing laundry the laundry is so messed up that it doesn't smell or look **** any laundry detergent was used as well as looks like throw up residue is left on the towels that is given to the people in the roomsG6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)

Motel 6 at *********... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The owner (I assume) had his employees ****** my family along with himself. We paid for a week stay, they would constantly every morning around 10am, try to open out door and tell us it was our day to check out. The man kicked my family out in the middle of the day, we asked why, but he wouldn't stay. He kept getting into my husband's face and threatening the police, which I don't think he really wants at his establishment from all the drug activity I saw. He kept trying to charge my card over and over again. I was getting dressed and the owner opened our door and stopped in. I felt so scared and uncomfortable that I wanted to call the police on him myself. There is ************* bugs. I will never stay there again. They don't give you toilet paper, towels, or bedding to be changed out. The showers are hot for the first 2 minutes and then freezing. They refused to give us a room with a microwave and fridge. It's just terrible yall, please don't waste your money!G6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)

I came back to this motel 6 after a few issues I have had here with 1 manager and 2 other employees. The last time I was here I asked a woman (employee here) to help me move my things here to *****'s motel on 82nd. I rented another hotel room while still staying at this motel. The employee lied to me and drove my things to ****** without me. She stole some things. So I never talked to her after that. I just ignored her. So after coming here for a 2 week period after almost 1 year since last time. I have had 0 contact with her since her stealing from me..A few days after coming back after almost 1 year someone knocks on my door. After about 30 seconds I open the door and see no one so I walk down towards the office and I see her walking back to the office. I turn around and walk back to my room. The next day she calls me on the room phone and asks why I haven't came and said hi to her so I tell her it's cause she stole from me. She denied it and I told her I know she did and I hung up on her. A day or 2 later (yesterday, Monday April 21st) a manager and this woman we going around with the machine that makes the keys for the rooms and knocked on my door. I was busy. they came back a little later and knocked but was still busy. So after 2 minutes I go see what they want. The manager tells me that the machine the keys the door cards wasn't working so they were going to all rooms and changing the keys. So now my keys don't work and they supposedly make me keys again which 5 times yesterday did not work at all. I asked if I could change rooms and was denied and laughed at. So today I go down there and a different manager tries to explain to me the same B.S.. Finally the offer me a room the other side of the same building. They could never make any keys for me to my original room. I gave back the new room keys cause it's way too much work and inconvenience for me, a guest who already paid to stay 2 whole weeks til Thursday 11 am.G6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)

This place is absolutely horrible both to stay here and to work here. I used to work for ********* ********* branch of Motel 6 as well as stay there and that was no doubt the worst almost 2 years of my life. The owner has no idea what or how to do anything she adds on, made up little taxes and charges and steals peoples money. she treats people literally like absolute c*** and the only good reviews they have online are from the hundreds of made up ****** profiles the boss has the receptionists write up.I was lied to stolen from and much more, the way the owner at motel six southgate treats people is absolutely disgusting. A person fell threw the stairs and broke a leg as in literally walking down stairs and they crumbled and gave out due to neglect and no prior/proper upkeep, and the owner ***** did not once even inquire about the person or anything..and even though its illegal to keep a persons paycheck besides regular tax deductions or if you have a prior written reason that yourself signed (which I did not) we got into an argument because my hours were always messed up so I put in two weeks notice so she fired me on the spot, I told her fine just make sure my hours were right and she looked right into my eyes and said I dont care what the time clock says you are not getting another paycheck from me . Also not even to mention the hundreds of dollars in tools Im still trying to recover from there but no one ever can help.G6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)

I wish I can leave less than one star. I booked one night and wanted to stay one more night. So I booked another night using Expedia. I went to office next morning and did proper transactions. After I took care all of the business and relaxing in my room, someone opened my door. After that about 20 mins later somebody was pounding my door in the middle of the night. I opened my door and saw two people, a man and a woman. They told me I didnt check out and I have to leave now. Wtf??? Dont people call the room before they come up? I turned out they charged $400 for not checking out. Whoever I did recheck in process in the morning forgot to pu me in the system. The guys who pounded y door in the middle of the night simply told me they were sorry and refund the $400 charge back in to my bank account. However, I didnt get the refund, so, if you go to motel 6 ********, use your credit card. Also, I found hair and sunflower seeds on my bed, so check your room carefully.G6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! THEY ADD EXTRA CHARGES ONTO YOUR CREDIT CARD!! Do not stay at the Motel 6 in *********, ******* at **************** They charge your credit card for extra nights or charging more than they should for the room. They also lie and add damage charges to your bill. When you call customer service they give you a vague answer that it says damage without any description. Demand an itemized bill. On my credit card they charged the damage as entertainment . That doesnt make sense yet customer service keeps referring you back to the location because it is a franchise. What kind of customer service is it to refer a person back to the location that stole money from a person? It doesnt! Maybe the ************************ should look into this business since you do not seem to care that they are taking money from people over and over and nothing is done. Look at all of the complaints here of similar scenarios. Why havent they lost their franchise? I called customer service and asked what the cancellation policy was at this location and they said 24 hours. My friend paid the next few nights for the person I rented the room for and that person ended up not coming back so she tried to cancel the room. Over 24 hours notice was given and the manager refused to refund her money. They also commingled our bills when they were completely separate by putting my signature on her receipt that she paid a full day after me. The assistant manager did not want to give me or my friend a receipt either after we paid. We had to ASK for it. Definitely take PICTURES when you arrive and when you leave if you choose to stay her and pay with a credit card because I promise you will be disputing false charges. Protect yourself!!!!!
