      I will NEVER do business with Motel 6 ever again. They are 100% incapable of being in business. My roommate (N) made a reservation in his name (obviously), and he and I stayed at the South ****** location (**************************************************) in room 160. Motel 6 took my money (my share was $113) and on the final night, my keycard stopped working. When I went to the desk to renew, they said because the room was in Ns name and not mine, unless N was there in-person (he was already on a flight, so that wasnt an option), I would not be allowed access to my own room, despite the fact that they took my money. I was without shelter for a night far from home with my possessions in the room, and they wouldnt even get my stuff for me, including about $500s worth of vitamins, a $20 ****** from my sister, my luggage bag, and a significant amount of clothing worth about $300 total, including two dress shirts, two pairs of slacks, two pairs of socks, and three pairs of underpants, and assorted edibles and toiletries. The front desk had zero empathy and understanding, and did nothing to right this terrible wrong. They even said, Its Mr. **** fault for not adding your name to the room, even though he tried and the system wouldnt let him. The staff there is 100% unfit to be employed, period. Even calling the corporate office and verifying all of Ns information didnt help. So my possessions will be held for 60 days, and discarded, for no reason. I want an apology, and reimbursement for the loss of my possessions, and a refund for the stay, because they did not honor the agreement, totaling $933 USD.

      Do not use this motel. I made a reservation on July 1 for that same night for two rooms. When I arrived the clerk at the desk could not log in to the computer because he was new and he couldn't get a hold of anyone to help him. After half an hour due to the late time of night we went elsewhere. I've been trying for a week to contact someone to get a refund. They marked me down as a no-show even though I did show up. Corporate says they can't help because it's a franchise and the motel staff doesn't answer the phone. So I'm out $300 unless I can get some resolution. They should not be in business.

      I had booked my reservations through Booking.com for a week stay 05/26 - 06/02 however I checked out early on 05/28. I'm due a credit back of $495.26. It has been a month now and I have not received my refund back. Booking.com has sent over multiple email requests to the Spit ****** ** location and has yet to receive any written confirmation from the manager. I have called the motel, spoke to the staff which they have been very responsive. The only individual that is not complying to the request is the Manager and he has not responded to the email from Booking. I have called on a regular basis and this manager is never there nor does he read emails.I need this manager to review and respond to these emails as soon as possible so I can receive my credit back.

      I am trying to contact the local health department on the standards and regulations that this place is not meeting. I have pictures and this place needs to be closed permanently. I will not rest until the I share the truth of the experience we had Memorial Day weekend which they have not refunded yet they have a script they follow to try and pacify the customer but it needs to be closed down . 0 stars

      I give them 0 ?. The room was horrendous,so was the hot tub. I payed $600.00 cash to stay for a week and I couldn't lock the deadbolt,toilet wouldn't flush Sink in the bathroom was clogged and the stove wouldn't work.

      The staff were completely rude to me there was only one lady there that I loved and when it was time for check out I had to go sit outside IN THE POURING RAIN to wait for my ride and they had also taken the bath tub stopper out of my room and when I went to ask for it they told me I wasnt getting it back that they were doing away with their bathtubs and doing stand up showers I am disabled and in a wheelchair. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL

      I'm paying for amenities like a decent shower and after 3 minutes it gets freezing cold. I then have to wait all day for the water to fill up again to take another warm shower??

      Highest price and dirtiest disgusting Motel I have ever stayed at. Bathroom filthy full of bugs. TV did not work. I have 15 pictures to show. Front desk girl basically said sorry no other rooms to move you to. Your stuck. Said she would call manager and get back to me and never did. No quality control at this Motel.

      I have stayed her for a month and a half. And my wife has been harassed. I have been told by another person that stays on my floor that it was because of my wife that she is annoying and want us to leave. My room was paid by an agency for help and have been trying to achieve our goals. It has been started from plants out the window to you can't have your personal blanket on the bed. I came on my lunch break from job to ask questions about that. Since then I have been getting the cold shoulder. The next day on my day off I went to the movies with her and got locked out. I told them I will call the police and I can't get my personal Items and money. We called the agency and because of what the lady said on the phone we lost a week. They let us stay with no cops involved. We end up staying and was told we had to leave because of the incident in the office. I try to explain to the manager or top manager what happened. But she turned her back on me an said" SHE HAS NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT". I wanted to contact someone over her and but no information. Overall my wife has been struggling because she had been hit by a car. Recently it is hard for her to move around. They want us to leave on 11th this Saturday. Even though we are considered a tenant after almost two months of our stay. Also, no room service when asked for.

      Wow so I can't believe that the manager at motel 6 in ***********, **********,**************,keeps giving me and my family a hard time getting a disabled room I recently was hospitalized due to back problems and my wife just had a baby 6 days ago we "respectfully"asked for a bottom unit and,first of all she looks to young and inexperienced,to be managing,and she proved me right when she started talking,she gave us a hard time ,then came an attitude when I tried explaining our situation then she avoids me , then this is the worst part she had a young male employee tell me I was "specifically" assigned a unit which was weird to me then they gave us a room four hours later after waiting with my new born in car they gave us a room that smelled extremely bad like wet dogs ,then I go back to office to let them no they have smiles on there faces laughing the main cleaning maid even was distraught after her finding out they gave me and my kids that room I no people make mistakes but this was no mistake she literally keeps giving us a hard time for everything she is discriminating against me,for no reason why would anyone hire someone like that let alone make her a manager I'm so disappointed motel 6 .
