      ******* and **** did an exceptional job, they completed the job in less time than was quoted and there was no damage to property or home.

      The original quote i was given was doubled two days before my move. The movers damaged several pieces of furniture through their wrapping and taping process, which was supposed to be protecting the furniture. They pulled off slivers of wood and pulled loose frames of glass. They damaged the foot of a chest of drawers. They misplaced a shelf to a TV unit. Overall it was a very unsatisfactory experience and I will not use this business again nor will I recommend them.

      Find a different moving company! I hired All My Son's movers to move my father from his Assisted Living home which was a 1 bedroom to a nursing home. I had everything packed and ready to go. We moved a few things to my mom's apartment in the same building and a couple items to my home 30 minutes away. I was originally told on the phone that they would charge us approximately $219/hour, including drive time, 4 movers and any packing equipment to wrap the corners of the couches/television. I also purchased the insurance for $175. They helped us move for approximately 5 hours. Which should have been a total of $1,270. After the movers were done working, the lead mover showed me a bill for approximately $2,157!!!! They were trying to charge me $259/hour, plus gas, plus loads of packing supplies that we did not use. I spent the next 45 minutes discussing this with the lead mover and the manager on duty (which wasn't a manager), which the company charged me the hourly rate for even though the move ended 45 minutes prior. He took off $50 from my bill, but it took me calling an actual manager the following week to relay what transpired, they took off another $219 approximately, which brought my final bill down to $1,888.50, which is still approximately $618.50 more than what I was told I would have to pay. I do not like being told one price, then being charged double. This was very misleading and while the actual movers for this company were phenomenal, I would not recommend hiring them due to their unethical business practices and false advertising!

      This was the most horrific moving experiences I've ever had. I had to ask one of the movers to not curse in front of my child. I feel this company also showed a complete disregard for my furniture and personal items. The movers dragged my treadmill across my hardwood floor, scrapping the floor in the process. They also put a hole in the wall on the entryway to the basement from pulling the treadmill up the stairs. They should have disassembled it. To make matters worse, the emergency fob is missing which means I can't use the treadmill. They also did not cover my cream dining room chairs and upon arrival at my new location, one of the movers put the chairs on the dirty ground, causing one to get dirty. When I told him that he was going to ruin the chairs, he shouted back - from the middle of the street - "are they damaged?" When his coworker tried to talk to him, he went off on him. Honestly, I worried that he could be violent. The next chairs he picked up, he slammed on top of a plastic bin, causing the bin to temporarily buckle. I emailed my sales guy right away because I was shocked. My bill was $500 over the estimate coming in at just over 2300. For that amount of money, I expected decency, and concern for my property. There was none with this company.

      @***** @*** @**** This is my second excellent experience with ************ They were excellent to work with when booking the move and day of. They did an excellent job wrap the furniture I had them move to protect it during the move and while in storage. They were careful and efficient. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them as well.
