      Great experience with ****** ******** and ***** from All my sons, did an amazing job and were so sweet and careful with every piece of furniture I had. They were hardworking and on time. And were extremely supportive and helpful, I would highly recommend them!

      I scheduled a move with *********** Moving Company to relocate my mother from her home to a condo just three miles away. I spoke with a customer service representative who quoted me $169.00 per hour, estimating the move would not take longer than two hours. I paid a deposit and provided both my mothers and sisters contact information to coordinate the schedule, as I was going to be out of town during the move.Unfortunately, no one contacted my mother the day before the move to confirm a time, despite assurances that we would receive that call. Then, at 7:25 AM on Monday, June 30ththe scheduled moving daythe movers called my sister saying they were already en route. She explained that my mother was at church and no one was available that early. The movers disregarded this entirely, saying they were instructed by their supervisor to leave at that time anyway.During the move, one of the two movers twisted his ankle, which significantly slowed down the process. Despite needing only one trip to move 12 pieces of furniture, the company ended up charging us for four hours of labordouble what was ********* make matters worse, we were never informed that additional charges would be applied for gas and packing materials. I was shocked to receive a receipt by email for nearly $1,000, while I was out of town. My mother, who is over 70 years old, was left to deal with the financial situation. Under pressure, she provided her credit card.I believe this company took advantage of the situation. Their practices were deceptive, their quote was misleading, and their communication and scheduling were completely disorganized. I will never use this company again and strongly caution others to be prepared for hidden charges and poor service.

      They used boxes without telling us and charged $20 a cardboard box. Also boxed the boxes we've already packed just to charge more. Also they showed up late abd charged for the time they weren't there. Likewise the 2 guys deliberately moved slower than molasses to increase the charged time so we had to move items ourselves. I don't want our money back but want it recorded everywhere I can report to.

      Our move included storage for 60 days. Hiring *** was the worst decision. After 8 multi-state moves, I was excited to hire a local business for my first local move. The movers were friendly. However, friendly doesn't mean trustworthy. Nine items are either missing or damaged. Included in our missing items is a commissioned painting one mover asked to purchase from me. Haven't seen it since.While we did pay extra for insurance (both delivery into and out of storage), *** does give you their rules to make a claim. These rules require you to take photos before unwrapping, after unwrapping, proof of purchase amount, item weight and AMS item number. A difficult task when there are 6 guys unwrapping without you in the room.And unlike my cross-state moves, *** doesn't provide you with an itemized list of scanned items going into storage or coming out. I was also told I had to sign for the contents of the trucks before they could be off-loaded. Meaning I had no idea if all of my items were present or not. Going on about the lack of padding used to protect entry ways or disregard for boxes labeled fragile seems ***** at this point.
