      After multiple visits to my home by Nick at "All My Sons" we agreed to hire them for our cross country move. We signed a contract, put 10K down, set up a date. We agreed we would pack up our home and they would need one 26 foot truck and 3 guys to do the move. We were set to close on our home July 28,2022. We started calling to confirm arrival time on Monday that week and couldn't get a call back. On Tuesday afternoon, less than 12 hours before our move, Casey called to notify us they would not be coming. No explanation.... that was that. After practically begging them for help we were left with "there is a UHAUL available in your area." We tried calling multiple other moving companies but due to the last minute we were unable to find help. We were able to scramble together help to load the UHAUL, but unable to fit even half our belongings into a 26 foot truck as was originally promised. We had to rent a storage unit in STL and will have to fly back and move the rest across the country again for a 2nd trip. All of this at our own expense. We have yet to see a refund of our 10K that we deposited. Shawn (the franchise owner) has promised to refund our money. We have contacted a lawyer and he has found multiple complaints about this company. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS!!

      I rarely complain or leave bad reviews but if you're considering any type of move, DO NOT use All My Sons Moving & Storage. Their sales team and movers are great, but if you have a claim with them you'll be shocked at how atrocious their customer service is. Trying to even get them to respond is worse than getting a root canal. And don't even bother trying to talk to a manager because they won't return messages! Anyway, we're left with a ruined antique piece of furniture, and barely any compensation. I also noticed that you can't leave reviews on google , facebook or any social channels so they obviously know they have a problem. I appreciate you sharing this with your network as I've never experienced such awful service.

      I hired All My Sons to pack and move May 2nd, Below is a partial list of incidents during the move. Management was informed of these issues. No response received. - Dressing table broken, not able to be repaired. - Bed taken apart completely and pieces not put back together. - Mirror on dresser not reattached. Just set on top of dresser. - Plants packed in closed box with other items and a partially filled watering can put on top. - Most boxes not marked or marking not readable. - Large boxes used with a few items on the bottom of the box. - Wardrobe boxes with clothes dropped on the bottom of the box, not hung. - Coffee maker, coffee and filters packed in 3 separate boxes. - One employee took a kitchen drawer and dumped into the bottom of a box. - One of member of the team stated after most of the packing completed. "Good luck finding your remotes." It took a week to find them all. One of the TV's could not be operated without the remote.

      From a customer service standpoint, this is one of the worst companies to deal with. Do NOT USE THEM. They will charge your card several times because their equipment does not work properly. Then they will go back and credit you after the fact. They are extremely expensive. What they quote is far from what they charge. They have no respect for their customers. I tried to call to discuss why I was unsatisfied, and they spoke to me as if I was a nobody and then hung up the phone. Not once but twice! I should have read the other reviews before using them. There past reviews speak volumes of their service as most were all bad reviews. CUSTOMER BE WARE! DO NOT USE THEM.

      Do Not use this Moving company ever!! They lost my box with my mothers Urn and never owned up to it. We went to do a walk through and every box was moved to the truck!! I never got my box!!. I did a full inventory before i notified them !!! Not to mention i went back to this location to pick up loose items.This was 3 short weeks ago!! I called twice and they blew me off. Some things just are not replaceable!! They are quick to charge you but never own up to their mistakes!

      Movers stole a service revolver from my son's home. Police report filed. Do NOT let these people into your home! The Company did not have enough resources to do the move. Move was under bid. They did not have enough men or trucks to complete the job. Movers expected us to provide drinks, food, and a tip. Took them over 6 hours just to fill 2 trucks and 4 hours to unload. They told us we had to move the rest by ourselves! We had to rent a 15 ft Uhaul and 3 suv's to complete the move. They then charged us $ 600 more for the extra time it took them to complete the job. These people are theives and are very unprofessional. Bad and awful experience. I prey this weapon is recovered before anyone is harmed.

      1 star is too good for this horrible company! $11,000 to move my home and they broke or damaged EVERY item, and did NOT put my items back together... also abandoned and left DURING my move.... 🤬 Damaged items, Broken Big screen tv, all of the beds have no screws to put back together... every piece of furniture or electronics has damage and major damage! The "local" and "corporate" office cared ZERO about the move, damages and abandonment of an $11,000 job. An actual employee said, this is the second worse job I have seen in my 11 years of moving clients! I am reporting them to every agency I can! No accountability or concern from the "corporate " office, They just kept repeating... file a claim.... Too many lies all the way from Sam, estimator to Marvin the operations manager all out of the San Antonio office. I am filing with the state and federal authorities for fraudulent business practices! Stay away from this "company"!

      Terrible service. I wish I could give 0 stars. They broke multiple things due to not packing them carefully. The movers were not professional at all and the company refused to pay an adequate amount for a replacement and/or repair of our furniture. One of the movers was very rude and he was yelling and complaining about everything all the time, he was literally throwing our boxes from the truck and broke our sleeper sofa besides damaging our furniture and TV. Stay away from this company.

      I cannot believe how badly we were taken advantage of. We were promised 3 PROFESSIONAL movers and ended up with one who did most of the work. 2 of the movers were totally engrossed with my husband's gun collection to the exclusion of getting the job done. We were charged $2100.00 to move 1 bedroom outfit, 1 computer desk 1 living room outfit and some boxes. The driver claimed he got lost for over 40 minutes. Almost every box was tipped upside down or crushed. Then when I complained about being charged for them getting lost I was told by the driver that we could be reimbursed for the 40 minutes. He then called the office and said it was considered travel time. We are not rich and did not expect to pay anything close to that amount. When I called the office wanting to be reimbursed for all the damage to our possessions, I was spoken to like a criminal and was sent a so called package to fill out and then they would decide if my "story" had any validity. Please save your money for a reputable company these guys are shysters. They might not have started out as that, but they have surely evolved into it.

      Damaged items, damaged properties and impatience. Unclarity in pricing. For even a local move it was to suddenly cost just as much as a cross country move.
