    I would like to raise a dispute against an online supplier based out of *****. Company details are:-Web Address: ***********************************(Kintsugi Generations) WholeSale Provisions LLC (trading name, 2020-09-02 - )**** *********** ********** ********************** I purchased from ******************* in November 2022 (Order #****) as a gift for my brother (cost of 103) and all that happened was i got sent a notification that *** had generated a order number ***** tracking number: LB428116319US) but they never received the item.I have contacted Kintsugi via their contact form and sent numerous emails relating to this issue but they now have stopped replying. The last info was 2 weeks ago saying they were just getting my tracking number then nothing. Since then I have been doing research relating to this company and it would appear that this is common practice for them and they are frequently taking orders and not supplying goods.Please could you revert to me about how to proceed to get this issue resolved, and if there is any way to take legal action against them.

    I have received no communication from Kintsugi, even though they replied to yourself but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. They still hold my funds, no package shipped, etc... It is all well and good that they say they are sorry and it's shipping issues, however looking back at the other comments, from customers, this is a recurring issue. Numerous complaints that **** repeatedly takes money and sends no goods.

    Please could you advise how I can report this scam to the authorities so i can try and get my money back, & prevent others from being scammed by this fraudulent business?

    I made an order on Feb 3, 2023. After not seeing any shipment tracking for weeks, I reached out to the company on Feb 27th and they sent it out that day. I was tracking the shipment and it appears to have gotten lost in Denver, CO through usps. I asked the company if they could ask about shipping as usps directed me back to the company that sent the item. The company did not respond to my email. Three days later, I requested help again or to cancel and refund my order. They then responded saying they could request a replacement. I agreed to that and then heard nothing. After waiting 2 more days, I requested the cancel and refund my order. I have not heard a reply since Tues March 28. I called and asked to speak with them about the challenge on Wed March 29 and nothing. I would like for them to either follow through with the replacement request or refund my order placed on Feb 3, 2023

    I am rejecting this response because:   I tried to reach out to the post office and they redirected it back to the business. The business then offered to send a replacement, which I agreed upon and then they never followed up with that.
